"I initially bought the 256GB model. It would take 3-4 weeks to ship and I was fine. Suddenly my current phone started having issues and I requested faster shipping. PDA Plaza told me they can ship the 512GB model sooner. I agreed to pay the difference. They shipped the phone within a week as promised. They reply to emails promptly and are very polite. They meet the committed shipping time and the product is genuine and as described. I highly recommend them. "
"I just bought my 2nd phone from this company. The prices are great and I couldn't find cheaper elsewhere. And I got mine on a discount. The trade off is that the shipping on discounted items, as stated in their faqs section, can take a while. So you have to be patient.
I had an issue with my transfer thru paypal. My payment got "authorized" but 20+ days later when it was time for the payment it got declined. So my order got auto canceled. They immediately reached out to me with a 24h code to re-apply the discount on a new order and let me resume from the beginning of the first one. So I didn't have to wait another 20+ days.
After a week of not hearing from them I contacted them to make sure everything was alright. I didn't want the situation to repeat itself. They replied very fast, an hour or two later, confirming that the payment went thru and everything was fine. A few days later I got a message stating that it was shipped.
I received my phone, well packaged, brand new and in perfect working order just as advertised.
This is my 2nd purchase with this company and both transactions have been positive. "

"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They sent me a phone without e-sim even though the website clearly says it should. The customer service rep spoke over me and blamed me for taking 5 bushiness days to get back to them. There is clearly a reason why the phones are cheaper - its not worth the risk! "
"I live in Canada and bought this phone from a Canadian seller. Why did it come with a European charger? Please don't tell me this is because it's from a Chinese manufactuer because my son bought a POCO phone from Swiftronics this month and it came with a North American charger. Also it would appear that he does not stock product so shipping times are much longer than Swiftronics. HIS payment portal gave me a discount, which HE later revoked and made me send you $9.45, which I did. When I phoned to find out where my phone was, he tried to get me to to send that $9.45 again. The site said my phone would ship in 5-10 business days, it did not, maybe he should give me back that $9.45 as compensation for not living up to the delivery dates. I would recommend Swiftronics, if they have the phone you want, rather than this one man show. Swiftronics' shipping is less than half the cost and you'll get your phone in 4 days instead of a month and it will come with the right charger. Lesson learned. "

"I ordered a Honor Magic4 pro on October 19th of last year.
On November 19, I checked back with the company as I had still not received my phone yet. The next day, Milan responded to let me know that there was a postal delay and that they would be shipping it in 1 week.
On December 1, there was still no progress on my shipment so I followed up again. This time, Milan told me that the phone was "stuck in customs" and that they would, again, ship it in one week.
On December 14, I messaged them again, and this time I was told that the original device that I ordered (black) was lost in transit and no longer available. Milan asked if I was okay with the cyan version, which I said that I was.
On December 16, I requested a refund if I would not receive my order before Christmas. On December 18, Milan promised that it would be delivered by then.
On January 10, I finally requested a refund. On January 12, I again requested a refund. Milan responded telling me that they would be unable to provide it due to "high volume transactions" and would be limited to only sending Interact refunds during the weekend, and offered to send it through PayPal, which I don't have.
I followed up on January 16, and again on February 3. On February 5, Ira emailed me back and promised the refund "tomorrow". On February 6, I, of course, had not received a refund. There has been no communication from the company about this issue and I am not confident I will ever receive my refund.

"I received a new phone Asus Zenfone 8 (Non-Flip) and was very satisfied with it. Phone Brand prices were reasonable, though included with shipping prices and region taxes. Customer Service Support is fine, but their English is slightly off a bit and take about a day or two to respond the questions. Completed Transaction can usually take about a week or so once the confirmation were ready to ship out the order"
