I ordered parts from Page Computers of California for many years before they went out of business. They always were prompt to fix any issues and the items I ordered always shipped from their suppliers quickly (usually the same day). However, from looking at the reviews posted here Page Computers of California had significant difficulty in customer satisfaction as they approached bankruptcy back in the 2006/2007 time frame. I had already switched to Newegg as a supplier by that time. Newegg is awesome!

"I ordered a Logitech G25 USB racing wheel in January '07, 2-3 months after the wheel had been released. The G25 was in stock at many online retailers, including Amazon.com, but Page Computer had the cheapest price so I ordered from them.
A few days later I was informed the G25 had shipped, but a tracking number never appeared on the Page Computer website. Eventually I contacted Page Computer and they informed me that they "were sorry, but the G25 actually hadn't shipped." They were "having trouble sourcing it" and assured me that my "credit card had not been charged. If it had, it would be refunded immediately."
My credit card had been charged, and I waited for the refund. I did not cancel my order, and waited for the G25 to ship.
After two weeks of no response from Page Computer, I informed them I would like to cancel the order, and also told them that there continued to be no refund to my credit card. After an additional week of no response, I contacted my credit card company, initiated a dispute, and got my money back.
I ordered a G25 from Amazon.com and it arrived in 3 days."

"I tried to cancel the order before shipment but was unable to contact Page. I received the item and got an RMA and shipped it back following all instructions. I have not heard from them since and cannot contact them by any means."
"I ordered the logitech Z-5300e THX speakers from pagecomputers. i found them on Froogle and they had the best price ($150 shipped) they came in a timly manner brand new in the box. i called and asked them first if the speakers were new not refurbished and they said they were so i bought them. I had prior satisfactory experience with a few orders, but not this time. In January I ordered a video card. Three days later I cancelled the order, but they sent it a few days later anyway. I was able to get an RMA fairly easy, and returned the card, which they received and signed for in late January. Funny thing; they forgot to refund my money!! Even funnier, they never answered my inquiries about my refund, either!! Ha-ha. I'm out the $$ and all the time I've spent begging for the return of my money.
My complaint to the California Department of Consumer Affairs is in the mail tomorrow."

I ordered a video card on January 22, 2007. It was being processed for a long time. E-mails/calls did nothing, no one ever replied. After a month, I got an e-mail saying they did not have it in stock and that a refund will be given. It is currently March 27, 2007 and I have not received my refund. Still no answers to e-mails or calls. If I do not get my refund soon, I will take legal action.

"Ordered TV on Jan 21, 2007. After the usual 3 to 4 days of processing time, the item was marked as "shipped" but no tracking info. Inquired about that and got reply on the 29th that the distributor was out of stock. Waited another week, no info. Emailed & called to cancel the order, no response. Ultimately had to dispute the charge on my credit card. ** BEWARE & AVOID **"
"I purchased a "Matrox dualHead2Go" from Page Computer and after a couple weeks passed I noticed my credit card was charged for the order but I never received my order, I checked my order history to see that was marked as shipped, but with no tracking info. I waited a couple more weeks, but the product never arrived. I since have used their built in customer support email twice, emailed them directly once and have left three voicemails (over about a month) and they have failed to return any email or phone call. In fact, now when I call, it says their customer service voicemail box is full. So I highly recommend that NO ONE purchase anything from Page Computer - they either have gone under, are charlatans or just don't care about their customers."
"I placed an order for a WiFi camera on Jan 22. They charged my card the next day. They never shipped the camera. They did not reply to repeated emails. They did not issue refund. This is the worst company I ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!"
"I placed three orders with them since October of 2005. Their prices have been good, and they shipped promptly.
I had to return the last item I purchased since it did not meet me needs. That is when their true nature surfaced.
They gave me the run-around for weeks, not responding to emails or calls. After finally getting the RMA I shipped the product back to them.
It's been over a month now and no refund, and they have not returned any of my calls.
I will certainly never deal with them again."
"Well to start i have bought a few item's through Page Computer's and there was no problem's. But on 12/23/2006 i ordered a EVGA 680i Motherboard,it arrived to me on 1/4/07 i had the board for a week and the board went bad!So i called them to get a RMA for replacement only! it took a week and a half to just get the RMA number then another week for the e-mail so i shipped back with there label on 1/17/07 they got it on 1/24/07 i Have no contact with these people due to they don't respond to e-mail's and there phone system is alway's on a full voice mail and when finally are able to leave a message they don't respond!. To me as a consumer customer service is the MOST IMPORTANT factor of running a good business. I understand Electronic Part's can go bad and a RMA might be needed But if your website state's you will replace 5-8 day's after recievimg item THEN YOU SHOULD.Keeping the consumer in the dark is not right There for until they Square them self's away we me. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY> Wil post further update's as follow's"
"Defective item returned after 2 weeks of use. RMA# and shipping label obtained and Page Computers received item 2.14.07. Haven't heard from them since.
ADVICE: 1) Collect all information about your order
2) File credit dispute
3) File complaint at Better Business Bureau"
