Shopped this particular store (area) for the past 20 years, and 'joke' that by now, over all my purchases in the past years, I should rightfully own the store! Ha! My daughters know that this is where I always shop and they KNOW, that a Palais Royal 'Gift Card' will always be the perfect B/D, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc. Gift, for me! (They are sure RIGHT!!) My 'go to Palais Royal' store has just recently made a complete INSIDE turn around, of all the merchandise; so I am having to 'get use to all the changes', which slows down my shopping trip. I am happy to see, they have added a Big & Tall Men's area, which helps me, a lot. At this time, not a lot of merchandise to pick from, but certainly hope to see it grow, through the months to come."

"Gabrielle was really great. I can't express how thankful I am when a retail clerk lets me know how to get a discount. One of the reasons I don't shop more is because I hate keeping track of coupons and special offers. When a clerk says, If you use your card you can get a discount I don't forget because to me that is the best customer service a clerk can provide;honesty in what is possible.
