"My door panel was obviously packed with damage in mind. And it did arrive damaged ! Poor packaging led to ultimate result by UPS. Smashed and broken. Partsgeek does not process replacements for damaged products. You have to get a return authorization before they will process a refund. That means uploading pictures and waiting for approval. Then you wait a couple of weeks for them to acctualy confirm the obvious destroyed unit and ultimatley process a refund. I can only hope they will be true to the process. As stated, Parts Geek will not process a replacement. You have to re-order and start all over ... hoping the next shipment is properly packaged. If you needed the product asap you'll get to enjoy a two week experience with nothing to show for it, but a hopeful approval of your qualified refund. I've order alot of product from many vendors. This experience was substandard and dysfuntional ... "
"Part ordered for KIA, received for Hyundai. Tracked engine RPM 800 to 1,200, then dropped to zero. Purchased used part from eBay ($14.00) and problem solved. You don't refund opened electrical parts. $83 dollars down the drain. Would you like the Hyundai part returned?"
