Poor service, false information

"I ordered a part, then about thirty minutes later realized I had a duplicate. I requested to cancel the order, and communicated with 2 different reps, who told me they absolutely could not cancel the order. Finally they ensured me they had issued a return label so I could return this part for a refund. The label never came to me by email, I waited 3 weeks for the part to finally arrive and there was no return label in part packaging either. Now I have a part I don’t need, and a frustration for the lack of customer service by patella. "

Your return label will be emailed to you at Zach.beckingham10@gmail.com coming from UPS (email address: pkginfo@ups.com). Please pack the items in the original box securely and attach the return label using shipping tape, then drop your package off at your nearest UPS drop-off facility. We have already initiated a refund in the amount of $36.03. on 05/17, so you should see your refund already back in your account.
