"I ordered a part, then about thirty minutes later realized I had a duplicate. I requested to cancel the order, and communicated with 2 different reps, who told me they absolutely could not cancel the order. Finally they ensured me they had issued a return label so I could return this part for a refund. The label never came to me by email, I waited 3 weeks for the part to finally arrive and there was no return label in part packaging either. Now I have a part I don’t need, and a frustration for the lack of customer service by patella. "
