"Saturday I ordered a 73" DLP TV and got it today Tuesday, Monday was a holiday. I do not have it hooked up yet so I can not rate the TV at this time but I will be back when it's set up. Customer service is remarkable,Gabe is exceptionally terrific!Gabe has an awsome personality and sense of humor, he goes that extra mile and calls back every time asked or say's he will.He's a good listener and get's you the best deal he possibly can.I did my homework and found that Pauls TV had the absolute best price I found for the 73" DPL TV I could find.I'm a chatter box,we spoke at least a half hour, this part of why I say he's a good listener,patient as well.I give Gabe and Pauls TV a 11.I will be back with a review on the TV and 3D glasses.

"When my old Sony 32" CRT finally went, I was in the market for a larger flat panel HDTV. Originally, I was researching another Sony (55hx850), but found a fantastic deal at Pauls for about $600 less. For less than $1400 I purchased their Panasonic TCP60UT50 bundle, that included a blu-ray 3D player, 2 pairs of 3D glasses, a 2 year extended warranty, and $200 gift card (restaurant.com). The price also included white glove delivery to the room! Delivery took a bit longer than I expected (10 days), but again, there was no additional charge (i.e. no "insurance charge" as another online retailer was going to charge)so really no complaints. The Panasonic is fantastic, with 3D movies being unbelievable clear. I would recommend Pauls TV to anyone considering a large panel HDTV, and research their TOTAL price against other online and brick and mortar retailers."

"I searched the web for a replacement tv Amazon wanted more for used tv's than what I paid at Pauls for a brand new set the same model that I ordered with free shipping and setup.The shipping company called and made an appointment and delivered a few hours earlier than scheduled. I am pleased with the transaction ordered 9/10/12 received 9/18/12 about 3000 miles from where I ordered. Can only give kudos for great service.

"I purchased a Denon AV receiver from Paul's after doing much research on cnet; Paul's price was among the lowest. The item was in stock and I received an estimated delivery date about a week out. The receiver arrived after only 3 days (and was delivered across the country)! It arrived in perfect condition.

Prior to receiving the shipment, I had a conversation with a consultant regarding a question on the order. The gentleman (Juan) was extremely courteous and helpful.

I'd highly recommend Paul's TV and will absolutely return in the future.

"Purchased a Panansonic 47" 3D television from paul's after doing much research on the television and on Paul's. Ordered on a sunday and received the TV the following Thursday, Paul's price was $200 cheaper than anyone else on the day I purchased it. I have had the TV for over a month now and all is good. I can say nothing but good things about my experience with Paul's and will certainly purchase another product from them."

"OK first of all i have no doubt that we received the absolute best price on our 82" tv compared with all other advertised prices, secondly it arrived very quickly and although it was a monster of a tv the delivery guys had no trouble at all carrying and setting it up in our upstairs loft area. The picture is magnificent, looks like our very own little theatre!! And the sporting events really put you right there, thanks again Paul`s TV."

"I must say Pauls TV exceeded my expectations for the purchase and delivery process. I saved a good deal of $$ shopping with Paul's vs a local retailer. That savings was only exceeded by the quality of the delivery process. I received a call to schedule the delivery, and then the morning of delivery.

I would definitely use Pauls TV for any future purchases!

"I was first hesitant to buy a TV from this vendor. But with the guaranteed lowest price, I gave in and bought one, the Panasonic P55st50 instead of buying it from amazon.

Bought a p55st50 last June 24 at Paul's TV. When I called their sale representative told me that the product will be delivered in 3-5 days. I told him that I'm from Texas and as per him they can deliver it within the 3-5 days time frame. He also told me that as a discount he will give me the white glove delivery worth a 100$ for free wherein they will setup the TV for you if I order the product at that time. With the low price and the discount (white glove delivery) I gave in and ordered the product.

After 5 days the product did not arrive, but it was ok I was thinking that they had problems or something came up that delayed the delivery. The TV arrived August 3 (10 working business days after ordering the product). That seems too long but then again it was ok for me as I just want to have the TV and for me to enjoy it. On the delivery date, 2 guys delivered the TV to my apartment. We unbox the tv plug it in and tadaaa it was working. I was happy that it was working and there's nothing wrong it. Then I ask if we could setup or if they can help place the tv on the TV stand as I had the white glove delivery, to my surprise they said that they can't do that as its not part of their job. The white glove delivery was only testing the tv if it works or not. I only live alone in my apartment and I can't lift the tv myself as it was too big and I don't want to scratch or damage it in any way. Oh well I just need to figure this one out. I ask help from my friend to setup the tv. I never complain about this as I just want to have the tv in good working condition.


Everything went well, I told my friends that I bought a plasma tv from paul's tv. I encourage them to buy one from from this seller as the price was low but they prefer amazon as they don't trust paul's tv. Trust in the sense that they don't know the company and they had good experiences from amazon. But I keep insisting that they should buy one from this seller. Anyway they, 2 of my friends still bought 47LM7600 from amazon instead from paul's tv.

Then came september 7. With less than 100 hours of use of the tv, for everyone's information I only watch the tv during weekends as I'm busy working during the weekdays. And during the weekends sometimes I go to my friends house. So the tv was seldom use and it was like in a brand new condition. On that day when I opened the TV it showed vertical lines with different colors, the tv was unwatchable. I called PAUL'S tv and they forwarded me to panasonic. I called panasonic on that day but their customer support was closed so I called the following day. Then came saturday, I called panasonic and they logged my report. They told me that they are going to send someone to check the tv. September 14 the service guy arrive and checked the tv and as per him it has problem with the board - "motherboard". He will call panasonic for the replacment parts and as per him it will only take 3-5 days for the parts to arrive. September 24 and I did not receive a feedback called panasonic and they said that the parts was in the back order. And it will take 4 weeks before it will arrive. The third party that was fixing the tv advise me that it's not acceptable and should let them (panasonic and paul's tv) know. I then called paul's tv to ask for their help. One guy told me that he will take care of this and see if they can expidite the parts. He will coordinate it with panasonic. He said that he will give me call after a day or two. He explicitly told me that if he can't call within the day it doesn't mean that he is not doing anything or not doing his job so it might take a day or two. After 3 or 4 days he never called (so much for customer service). He never gave me a feedback as he promised. I then called back (paul's tv) again and a girl answered me and she said that it will take 7-10 business day for the replacement product to arrive. Then came the 10th day which was october 9. Now its oct 14 and I never receive any feedback. I called them at least 10 times since I reported the problem and they (paul's tv) haven't resolve the problem. Every time I call they have different answers and they are inconsistent. I'm paying my cable bills and can't take advantage of it as I don't have a working tv.

Paul's tv, you promise that you will deliver in 3-5 days but it took 10 days. You had false advertising about the white glove delivery just to sell the tv. Both of this are ok with me and I never complain. But with the defective tv, you as the seller should help me resolve this. 6 weeks and counting and I still don't have any good feedback.

I've been too patient with paul's tv and I think I should speak up from this so that people or soon to be customers will learn or be informed about this experience.


I should have bought one from amazon. Too late for that I guess. But I surely will never buy one from the seller again.

Its been more that a month now and I'm still stuck with this defective tv.

Just replace the TV or if this is not possible I'll just return it. Give me my money back!

"I ordered a TV from Pauls because the price was the lowest, however, they were sold out, but they called and advised me that they were sending the latest and newest updated model ( a 2012 instead of 2011 model), that is valued $500 more than the model I had ordered. I received the tv in good condition, it was brought right into my home, unpackaged, checked for damage ( there were none), plugged in to verify that it was operating in good condition... I am totally please with the entire process.. I highly recommend considering Paulstv if you wish to purchase a product. I give a 10 out of 10 to Paulstv."

"I was in the market for a new TV. I did an online price comparison search and although Paul's TV did not have the lowest pricing, they packed their deal with so many extras ($50 restaurant.com gift card, additional 2-yr warranty free, free white glove delivery), it made it extremely compelling.

The order process was painless and shipping super fast. Would use again.

"My wife and I were very impressed wit Paul's TV. We ordered our new 55 inch HDTV from them because they were the lowest cost with free shipping. The order was processed very fast and we had the TV in no time. The delivery guy was nice as well. Although he did have a hard time getting the TV upstairs by himself, so maybe the white glove delivery should include 2 people instead of just one for larger products. I will definitely consider order more products from Paul's TV."

"I ordered Mits 73'' inch from Amazon in August 2012. I received a call shortly thereafter about a product change and as a result Paul's was going to provide me with an upgraded model. The representative also explained the Pauls warranty plans that are available and sent the information I requested via email immediately. The TV arrived in just a few days as planned. I then received a follow up call from a Paul's representative as a follow up to see if I was interested in the service plan. I ordered it at that time. Overall, I have been very pleased with the service provided by Paul's TV and would recommend them. "

"After doing much research, we purchased a 50 inch Panasonic Plasma from Paul's. They offered the best price and promotions - placed the order over the internet on Saturday nite, tv was delivered as promised first thing Monday morning. "I ordered my 82" Mitsubishi HD television on September 17th. I was contacted the following day by a representative from Pauls TV with additional information and options for extended warranty, 3D glasses, etc. The rep was very helpful and I was provided with enough advance information that the installation of the TV went exceptionally well. The order included free shipping, and the shippers were equally helpful. The TV arrived during the promised four-hour window. The shippers moved the TV down into my "man cave" (no easy task) and removed all of the cardboard and styrofoam shipping materials. They hooked up the TV and made sure it worked as well. OUTSTANDING PICTURE! I feel like I am in a movie theater (but I don't have to sit behind a tall guy with a hat or listen to screaming kids). I even received a follow up call from Pauls TV to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. These people understand what customer service is all about."
