They ended up helping in the process and even cross-shipping me a replacement. I'm actually very impressed with the way that they handle things. They answer e-mails very quickly. "Ordered a large quantity of items from Performancepcs.com and the entire package was damaged at my local ups facility. At this point I was informed that they would need to receive the package as the insurance claim was denied. I was very unhappy with this, but performance-pcs went out of their way to overnight a new package to me as it was of a time sensitive nature. 2th July i ordered a customised Corsair case , and as this was my first ever watercooled system , i had alot of question regarding waterblocks for my 2 gtx 690 and the bridging between them. After numerous mails and questions to Jeremy , i was able to fill in a complete shopping basket with everything i needed. The response was quick , and for my part its the best online shopping experience ive ever had.
Its hard to get these systems in norway , but it didnt take more than about a week and my case and parts arrived.

My system is now running great with awesome temps , so i would like to thank everyone involved , and especially to Jeremy for excellent service and support. Almost forgot to mention the case and evertything was carefully packed , and there was no damage what so ever on the items i ordered.

"I bought an XSPC watercooling kit with the RX360 radiator and MPC655 pump, fittings, hose, etc. Very nice kit arrived well before we expected it. Assembled as instructed and realized there was some sort of thread issue with a resrvoir port.

Consulted with Performance PC's who immediately identified the problem as one they had seen a few other times-an RMA was issued. My RMA request was instantly approved and processed and I have just received the replacement piece a full day before I expected it.

Replacement integrated into original kit perfectly and passed leak test so we're back on track.

I was impressed with the routine order process and even more impressed with the RMA process; if I learned anything new here it is that when ordering from Performance PC's, one should be sure of his order prior to placing it--their response to an incoming order is very quick, which leaves little time for second guessing or buyer's remorse.

Company policies and terms of sale are entirely reasonable; it is the buyers' task to organize his order and confirm components prior to ordering, lest one run the risk of hitting restocking fees--the key here is be sure of your order--Perf PC's is so fast in the order processing that there is little time to change one's mind.

Performance PC's even has a provision for a courtesy add-on-to-previous-order for occassional small items that may get forgotten--again, orders move quickly through Perf PC's, so time for using this feature may be limited.

A history of each order is maintained on Perf PC's network so all the staff is kept up to speed as orders or corrective actions move through the process. Email responses are quick and ongoing advisories are frequent and clear.

In total, I've been part of around 5 orders (last 2 entirely on my
own), and each time the goods have been packaged with great care and

Only problem was with my 240 Larkooler radiator which was leaking, but
thankfully I managed to sort that out.

It's really difficult getting decent watercooling parts and general

I was helped by Jeremy, one of the modding pros, and he followed up with me every step of the way with modifying my order before being shipped. For the reviews who commented on them being unprofessional, completely not true. Jeremy was very courteous, prompt, patient, and spent the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with my order. This is exactly why I shop with Performance-PCs.

"This company has the worst customer service of all.

I have placed an order on Saturday and later that day I asked them to cancel since I no longer needed an item. After they read my cancellation request, they purposely processed the order anyway. When I asked them why they processed the canceled order, they replied within a minute saying that I owe them 20% restocking fee. Remember, the order has not even been shipped yet!!

Rude and unprofessional. Instead of simply canceling the order, they gave me attitude after I refused to pay their restocking fee. They responded that I am, a customer, is "wasting" their time. Really?

To me good customer service goes a long way. However, with these guys I know if there is a problem, they'll tell you to go somewhere else.

I'm glad I used PayPal, otherwise I don't think I would have ever seen a refund.

" Performance-PCs.com facilitated orders and shipments of evga's z77 FTW motherboard. I was able to order the motherboard through performance-pcs.com rather than from evga.com directly. This is significant because throughout launch day it was repeatedly listed as out of stock on evga.com (but I do believe they were able to satisfy all orders).
The level of customer service I received from Performance PC's surpasses any other experience I have had with an online retailer. Within a few hours of placing my order I was not only emailed but also called (with a voicemail in my inbox) about how the shipping was being handled. The board was drop shipped to my home directly from EVGA. I paid PPC's for 2 day shipping from Florida but they refunded me the difference and I received the motherboard the next day (all shipping was done within California).
All of my emails were promptly responded to. I honestly cannot express how pleasant my experience was. With this computer build I specifically chose American companies to purchase from and it is companies like PPC's and their staff (specifically, Duke took lead on my order and was able to promptly and graciously respond to my questions via email) that vindicated my choice.
I actually look forward to the next opportunity to do business with PPC's. I had a truly extraordinary experience, but honestly believe this is their standard."
