"I recently had a custom order for a side panel mod and they had never done one before a mini white p180 side panel but they accepted the challange and omg did they blow it out of the water!! The craftsmenship and hardwork that was put into this mod was unbelievable. The cuts were precise, clean cut and exactly to my measurements. I was extremely satisfied with the way it came out. "It's been some time now that I ordered anything from Performance-PCS, but that is due my Funding in the past several months, but I have been looking for Fan controllers. As I do need one for a build that I have on hold for now as I build up my $$$, anyhow I noticed that they have a few new items in stock, so I contacted them Via Phone but was set the voice mail and left a message. And received no returned call, but it does state that e-mail is much faster at getting a reply to questions, but I thought I would try anyhow. So a Few days later I sent off an e-mail in reference to the Fan controllers and the next day I received a reply from "Jeremy" Modification/Tech/WaterCooling Specialist. Well to make a long story short after a few e-mail exchanges back & forth I had the info that I needed / wanted and was satisfied with the time and level of customer support that I received from "Jeremy" and I know that I'm not the only one sending messages & or calling them. But even though I was not buying at the time "Jeremy" still took the time to answer my questions in reference to the fan controllers and how they can be used, as well as HSF Fans, as my HSF Fan on my Cooler Master V8 is faulty and needs replacement. I have purchased from them many times already and always received what I ordered and in a timely fashion, considering the shipping service I chose, I will continue to do business with them and with the customer service support that they provide, I have to say that is what makes them stand out and above the rest, there are very few out there in the PC modding products world that provide the support that they do. So when I was looking around for a Lamptron "HUMMER" - 5 Port Military Switch Baybus, ($24.95) I ran into Performance-PCS.com website VIA google search. Lo-n-behold I found what I was looking for. So with that said; I am a first time buyer on there website. My order was accepted and shipped in record time!. This has got to be the second fastest I've experienced! I will defintely shop there again for parts that other company's may not have.
I also like to mention that these days shopping on-line can be risky, especially when you're Shopping at a new website! It only adds to the uneasiness. "Mostly good experiences with this company, but when I had to contact customer service they were pretty unprofessional.
I tried to submit a correct order and cancel the previous one, they charged me for both orders. I was trying to cancel everything and start over so that I could fix my order. When I contacted them they took the tone you see below and said they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. I used paypal dispute to get a full refund. They retaliated by saying they were going to ban my account. Well guess what? You could have worked with me to resolve the situation amicably and everyone would have been happy.
Now have my money back anyway (which I spent at another PC supply shop), you lost a customer who is now disgruntled AND you have bad reviews. Did you handle the situation correctly? Nope.
I would suggest ALL customers to use paypal and if they try to charge you a punitive 20% without actually giving you anything for it then just use a dispute to take your money back. Obviously I will be sourcing my parts elsewhere from now on.
I had a good impression of this company and was pretty shocked and disappointed with how poorly my first contact with them went. Enjoy the 6.25/10 rating."

"I have been always buying from Performance-PCS and I have never had any issue that would lead me to leave a bad remark. At Performance-PCS, you can also buy for a great price.
All I have to say about Performance-PCS is that they are the best. Honest, trustworthy, reliable and kind. Everyone who replied to my emails with regard to my questions, mod, etc. were quite helpful and friendly. All replies were made in a timely manner. I am quite happy with them and have bought many items in the past through my great American friend Tom Smith. This is because there were some items which were not available at Performance-PCS and others would not ship to abroad. He would then give me a hand buying everything for me from different places though most were from Performance-PCS to send all in one package. Yet, everything I bought directly from Performance-PCS was just perfectly and WELL PACKAGED, shipped straight away. Even during Christmas and New Year’s time, they worked quickly and their service was just brilliant.
Got a problem with them? It also depends on how you behave, what you say and the tone when complaining about something. This, people do not describe when leaving a bad remark. There are many ways to say yes and many ways to say no. When complaining about something most people are rude and impatient. Rude people are the most common people we see on line. I am a long time eBay member where I sold and bought from eBay since 2001. As a seller i strive myself to keep up my reputation. The more we try to be perfect the more people complain about but when things go fine only few remember to say kind words. It is really tough to please customers through online. It is really frustrating when we get a bad remark. For such a small thing our ratings are spoiled. Problems worsen especially when dealt with abroad where people behave even more differently because of culture, etc... Perhaps, it is the reason that most of the USA sellers do not like to ship to abroad and it is quite easy to see this even on eBay! At the end of the day it just makes everyone’s life harder.
We are all human beings and full of imperfections and fault. If everyone carefully looked themselves at their mirror i bet most would find lots of things that wish to change and just can’t and have to accept the way they are. Now, for such a small thing on goods or deal it is enough to leave a bad remark and spoil the reputation of the whole company. Some people should live in South America for a while, Brazil for example; where you pay a fortune to have shoddy goods. Can you imagine how much you would pay for Import goods that have good quality? Most cannot afford. This is thanks to corruption. Everything there is expensive and most of good stuff is not available. There, you pay one of the highest taxes in the world and some natives still say it is the best country in the world to live. Oh well…
On YouTube we see lots of great stuff posted. People would say wow on the comments for the mod but those who posted only few mentioned Performance-PCS made them when was the case.
This is also something for you guys to reflect when thinking of leaving a bad remark about Performance-PCS. Try to be patient and polite. Try to deal with them nicely. I believe they will sort everything out.

"I am an avid PC builder / Hobbyist and I have ordered tons of parts through online merchants and never had any trouble, that's probably because I had never used Performance-PCs before. I have spent the last few months buying parts and have spent over $2000 on a computer I'm building as a Christmas Present. All I had left to buy was the case, fans, and liquid coolant. I was looking for a Windowed Bitfenix Colossus Venom case but every other online merchant was out of stock, except for Performance-PCs and Heatsink Factory. So I placed my order (I went with performance-pc) on Wednesday and paid for priority shipping, my credit card was charged $270 (for case,fans, and coolant) almost immediately. At 1:37pm today I received an email telling me that the Bitfenix case, that the Performance-PC website said was in stock, is actually, not in stock. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal but because they charged my card BEFORE even checking to see if the case was in stock I got screwed out of $270 that I won't see return to my bank account for another week. So now, not only will I not be able to finish the build on time for Christmas, I will have to wait another WEEK just to get the money back so I can order the case from somewhere else. Also, turns out all this merchant does is Drop-Ship the items to you from the vendor (Which in my case is none other than Bitfenix itself, whose website has said the case was out of stock for a while now....). This is my first, and will be my last time dealing with them. "
"Beware! I live in Brazil and bought a pump, a reservouir and a VGA waterblock paid for EMS service and took 3 weeks to receive and to my surprise PPC send me the wrong block. My vga is a GTX 470 and they send me a HD6050 block.
Well the customer service ask me to send the item back by the cheapest way avaliable and send the tracking number and after that they refund my money (shipping) and ship the correct block.
I was very happy with the attention that they gave me at the begging but to my surprise again they send by First-Class Internacional, the absolute cheapest way avaliable. They should paid EMS or at least First Class Priority because of the tracking number. I'm realy upset because sometimes first class take 3 months to be delivered and the tracking number only work in US territory. So I ask them to refund me and if I receive the package ill send it back the same way i did before with my money but they refused.
Order date: 10/25/2011 and no block.
BEWARE, FOR THEM THE CLIENT DOESN'T worth $30. I live in Brazil so i cant solve this.
At least they are happy and $30 richer. I feel like an idiot and theres nothing i can do about it. Next time ill buy with FrozenCPU.
PS: I spend $1257,77 with PPC in 2 orders and this is the treatment I got. Nice one PPC know you can buy a steak with the 30 bucks saved hope you enjoy it.
