"I have bought at least 15 cases ( 3 cases at a time) of canned dog food and initially would be good but 8 of the last nine cases have had big dents in at least a 1/4 if the cases. I did not check them immediately because was stocking up initially due to a shortages of supply. When I sent pics to petcare Rx they replied that if not dented or crushed to the point that they are open then they are still considered usable and they will not replace or refund. This is a prescription food that is over $90.00 a case. "
