One week later my vet still had not received any type of request for her to approve the prescription. I know because I kept calling and asking. Finally I asked my vet to confirm their fax number. Sure enough it was a different number from the one the ladies at PetCareRX were faxing to, and this was on about the 11th day after my order! I called PetCareRX and gave them the correct fax #. They did send it to my vet that day who promptly approved it.
Now I still don’t have my eye drops because supposedly Fed Ex couldn’t find my house. But the Fed Ex drivers office called me and confirmed my address and I gave her directions to the house. That was 6 days ago and I still do not have my prescription.
I will note here that the overnight shipping fee was refunded to me by PetCareRX. But what about my product??!! "
