"I have been a very happy loyal PetcareRX member for several years…until now. In the past I have ordered my dog’s prescription food, dry and wet, and snacks. This time I decided to use PetcareRX to fill a prescription for the very expensive medication Baytril. My dog was ill and needed it immediately so I purchased several pills at the vet (at 3 times the cost) and then had the rx sent electronically to PetcareRX. It is 3 weeks later and the medication is lost somewhere. PetcareRX blames USPS and USPS blames PetcareRX. I called PetcareRX several times to find out where it was to no avail – gotta wait a few. Finally, they are sending a replacement via UPS and I may be charged again so I have to watch my credit card and if the first somehow ends up at my home I am to call them IMMEDIATELY. I have ordered Baytril and other medications from Chewy and Allivet in the past and both arrived within 2 days. I expected the same from PetcareRX but they tried to save money and sent a much-needed antibiotic through USPS – seriously? I ended up purchasing the entire original rx from the vet because she needed it asap. I will NEVER order a medication I need within a few days for an ill pet from PetcareRX again!"
