The med arrived EIGHT days later, standard shipping, no refrigeration. I called customer service and was told that it was "expedited." Again, the shipment was "standard" (have the invoice and the shipping label to prove it) and the service representative refused to refund the $24.99 shipping. "PetCareRX was quite helpful in reaching out to our new Vet to get permission to provide us with Clavamox for our cat. Since there was a little delay in the process they ended up shipping two boxes, one immediately with some non prescription items, and the second after the Vet authorization was received. They didn't have to do that but had there been a significant delay with the authorization it was nice to see that they did the right thing without us making a request."
"I placed an order over a week in advance for my pets dog food to ensure to allow for processing and shipping before I ran out. I have always received my order withing 3 days of placing it but with the holidays I wanted to allow extra time.
When I checked my tracking information several days later, it stated FedEx was still awaiting the product from the Shipper to create the label to send.
I called customer service to ask them to review and give me an update and it was advised it would be elevated and within 24 hours should see a tracking update. She was very short with me on the phone as though I was inconveniencing her There was no update the next day, so I called again, which now was a week past my order date and she indicated it was elevated but there wasn't an update. I would have to wait. I asked to speak with a supervisor to which I was informed they were not available. I said it's not acceptable that my order is taking this long especially since I allowed ample time for it to be processed. She finally conceded after I continued to request something be elevated further, and they then 'cancelled' my first order and reissued it again. I received my order three days later....the way it should have the first time. My disappoint lies in the customer service because when it was brought to the attention of the customer service rep the the first time I called, it should have been handled it properly then, and not be dismissive and being inconvenienced to call again several days later. "
