"The litter jug lids come off during shipping. I have called customer service multiple times about opened litter jugs spilling litter in the box, in my porch snd all the way up the sidewalk while Fed Ex delivers it to my door.
I have suggested they tape the lids on like Chewy does so this doesn't happen.
The customer service persons suggest to solving this waste of my money was that I order less litter so only one is delivered in a box. Great idea. I may stop ordering at all."
