"We love the product pricing and ease of ordering but we sometimes we have trouble with low stock on the specific medications we need for our elderly cat, and when we are able to order it, the shipping takes a week after veterinary approval. We can't order early either, to compensate for delays in shipping because then her prescriptions overlap. We are forced to go to the vet and get a week's worth of meds just to hold the cat over, especially since she can't miss a dose. Frustrating! "

"The medication was shipped in a timely fashion, however UPS held it in their center for over a week. It is well over 95 degrees here so I now wonder about the efficacy of the medication since it most likely exceeded the storage limits. Pet care should somehow make sure that meds are delivered rapidly. "

"I have used PetCareRx for a few years now and always had fast deliveries. My golden is hypothyroid so needs meds for that that are inexpensive and readily available. I accidentally let us get close to empty but knew that I would get my order quickly. After ordering, I got an email saying it would arrive 7 days later which was more than usual, but still ok. However, it turend out arriving 10 days after I placed my order and my golden went a coupel days without hers meds. Fortunately not a huge deal with hypothyroidism, but I was very disappointed. Also, when I called, they were rude to me and said it was delivered within their delivery window. Perhaps that;s true, but I get other mail orders WAY faster. I will not be renewing my membership"

When PCRx and Vet finally got on same page they shipped my Rx USPS even though they knew we were out of meds. I am still waiting for Rx to arrive."
