They said they weren't sure how it got delivered to the UPS store and they'd call me back the next day. They called me back maybe 5 days later. "Pill integrity is very poor. Bought Carpofen 75 mg 160 pills for great price, BUT---I need pills split for dogs 37 pound weight. Using a special pill cutter, the pills just crumble when lining up the razor on the pill line. They are too small to try and split by hand. I'll get about half split correctly I hope, disappointed on half of them crumbling upon razor split. BTW, Customer Service when I bought them was great! Pill quality is poor!"
