"The first order never arrived even though on-line it showed that it was delivered. The customer service rep immediately offered to send again. The only thing was it went through the entire process again including approval prior to sending. Why not an expedited process? Now the second order has not been received. It has been sitting at the UPS warehouse for 2 days. So my dog is overdue for Sentinel."

"Joined the PetPlus Club, which provided nice discount on Royal Canin Veterinary Diets. Then there was a sudden decrease in the discount offered to Club members, but not the retail price of the dog food. This sleight of hand made the dog food much more expensive, i.e., by more than 20%, although the retail price has not changed. In fact, the retail price Royal Canin charges is the same across all merchants. PetCare claims the decrease in the discount is due to price increases by the manufacturer. Something obviously doesn't add up. When asking for a prorated refund of the Club membership price it was declined due to their claiming that we saved money on previous purchases. What a scam! PetCare first giveth then taketh away.

Moreover, PetCare constantly offers 25% discounts, although these discounts seem never to apply to anything one actually wants to purchase. Only recently did they add the disclaimer that "restrictions apply" in tiny almost unreadable fine print. Again, the restrictions apply to most everything they sell. It's all very misleading and we finally decided to move on and never use this outfit again, even if we have to pay a dollar or two more for this or that. It's better than to do business with an unethical, misleading and yes, lying merchant like PetCare RX. Good riddance!"
