My dog needs this medication monthly and we are running out of her current script. It would have been nice if they were more empathetic and gave suggestions on what could be done if they don’t get the original script in time."

"I know this isn't necessarily PetCareRx's fault, but my dog is now without pain meds because this has taken so long. They were handed off to USPS, which I HATE, and now I can't even get any detailed updates about the arrival of these meds.
Besides this, I have had great experiences with CSRs, the website, etc, which is why I did not give them a 1-star rating. But not being able to depend on getting my pills in a decent time is quite problematic, AND I have now signed myself up for a whole year of this! :("

" I have found the non prescription food takes a long time to be delivered. I ordered on 12/30 and did not receive until 1/10.

Also, it was a Purina Pro Plan product that I would like to return due to the possible issues with the food lately, but they will only take it back it I pay the shipping. Other companies, like Chewy, are paying the postage or refunding without a return.

"I’ve had great success using petcare rx. They have much better prices than my vet on heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention and rimadyl. And they process a prescription and get it delivered quickly. Also, they communicate well when there is a problem with a prescription and when it has been approved by the vet to keep me informed and to let me know if I need to take further action to get a refill."

"You did a great job of sending my prescription order out promptly, but sending it USPS was a nightmare.
Every time I checked the order delivery status, it told me I would get it "that day" or "tomorrow" , but it did not come. Max was on his last pill when it finally showed up.

"I hadn't heard anything from my vet about the prescription, after 2 days they told me they didn't have a single phone call. I called pet Care RX back they said they had been trying to reach the vet and did have the correct phone number. However my vet never got any phone call. Very poor service!"
