"No issue with the product or company itself other than the non answers and scripted responses I received when I reached out for ‘support’, asking if the shipping was delayed due to holidays or if there was an issue with the shipping information not updating. I don’t know if I was even speaking with a real person but the response was I should I opted for the upgraded shipping versus the free standard shipping I qualified for and was given. If standard shipping is that unreliable, it’s not worth chancing in my case when it’s concerning heart medication for my dog. My expected delivery date was 1/2/24 which is why I did not upgrade the shipping as I needed it by the 4th. It was not received until 1/6/24. If rather drive the two hours to my vet. "

"They follow-up. Until they get a script from your vet, they will call you twice a day. In my case, the vet would only mail the script to me and then I could only mail it to them. PetCareRX will not take a script by email or upload. So I had to cancel it would have been weeks to get dog food. So back to the bigger stores I went."
