"I had more than my usual pets. Having taken in 2 in the past year for a total of 4 dogs. At 65 and retired it is difficult to afford a quality food. My vet expenses are very high now and if I add the meds straight from the vet it's worse. Petcarerx has saved me both on food and my pets meds. The customer service is outstanding and the only negative is the food shpping has been a linger experience. I've had to adjust mu.food subscription to cover the week it takes to get the dry food. It hasn't been damaged yet but I do not like it in shipment for 5 days as it breaks it down which starts taking away the freshness. Other than that I'm very pleased but if shipping becomes a destructive issue I will have to reevaluate.

"I needed a new prescription filled for apoquell. For some reason it took PetcareRx a few days (with my assistance) to get the script from my dvm. Then 5-8 business days once the script was filled. Luckily I had a neighbor with extra doses on hand. They same slow delivery happens with my prescription kd food (I always give PetcareRx 2 wks before I run out). The savings thru PercareRx is nice; but not if you need a medication within a week. I do not understand why they do not offer an expedited service, other online companies do."
