"luckily the package fit in my mailbox. if i got a pink slip to go to usps, i would let it be returned to sender. it is not worth 2 gallonsd of gas, 3 hours of my time and exposure to various infections while waiting in line at the post office. no further orders unless delivered to my door. i did get what i ordered and that was good."

No one is perfect and how a company owns up to a mistake and takes care of it instantly goes a long way. They also kept in touch with me letting me know every update possible from time they made decisions to send me replacement to time it shipped to time it arrived at my door.
