"I sent them 2 $25 AMC gift cards in exchange for an Amazon credit and received NOTHING. This was over a month ago and I even complained to the BBB and nothing happened. They didn't even respond to the complaint."
"I need to add to this negative stream of reviews for Plastic Jungle. I sold a gift card to Plastic Jungle. I received 2 confirmation emails from PJ telling me to expect payment in Paypal within 2 days, and TO DESTROY MY GIFT CARD. I never received any further communication from PJ, but finally went to the website to check the status and saw that it was "canceled". I wrote several emails to customer service with no response. I created a login on PJ website and issued a complaint. I finally got a lame response to my complaint. I responded to their response, and the next day I got another response TO THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT, not to my response and further questioning. My second response has not gotten any response from them.
Very poor customer service.
1/21/12 - 12 days after their 2nd response, I got a 3rd response, again an identical response to the other 2, not a response to my questions or concerns (like "you told me to destroy my card, what do I do now?")."
"Horrible e-code gift card purchase. Went to buy some Sears closeout Christmas decorations online on 12/31 and notice Plastic jungle was an additional 5% savings. E-card/E-code (e-mail delivery) you would think instant delivery. Then noticed that they delay delivery a day -- called them back to cancel and e-mailed them since no instant delivery. No response / no e-mail back. Here on 1/10 -- 11 days later they e-mail me e-codes (wth?). Now I have to call and argue with them and dispute with my Amex as I have no need for $300 worth of Sears stuff at the moment. Horrible customer service/horrible delivery/horrible company."

"Not sure what to do now. I had a Barnes and Noble gift card for $25 and sold it to Plastic Jungle. They bought it for 20.25 and put the funds in my pay-pal account. The first try I thought didn't go though when I asked to get a check. A couple days ago I got a check in the mail for 20.25 also. So now if I cash the check will i be fined or the check be voided? I went to Barnes and Noble.com and checked the balance on the card and it still has $25 on it. I don't want to be unfair by getting paid twice but I am on the verge of doing it again. Its not my fault they have a bad system. I also went back to PlasticJungle and they again offered me $20.25. I guess I can make thousands of dollars before they do something about it. BTW It has been 2 weeks since I got the funds in my pay-pal... Any advice!?!?"
"Horrific experience. Purchased a card that was to be electronically delivered the following day. Card was never delivered and never appeared in my account. No response to multiple emails. Waited on hold indefinitely multiple times, finally reached someone days later who assured me they would send the card info but never did. Missed the sale this card was intended for. I will dispute the charge to my credit card. NEVER USE PLASTIC JUNGLE!!!"
"I wish I would have researched this first. I sold them a gift card. I sent it with a tracking number. They never got it or signed for it...so it's lost out there somewhere, with a value of almost 200. Their emails are informative. Just spoke to a foreign lady on the phone who was useless. I'm glad someone turned them over to the BBB. Never again. I'd have done better selling it locally on Craigslist, and not having to deal with their b.s. and empty promises."
"I wish I saw all the reviews earlier. I ordered a Homedepot eCode from them four days ago, and called them seven times, emailed three times. Someone on the other side of the phone told me after 30 minutes I will receive my eCode, but nothing happened. My paypal fund was drawn from my credit card four days ago. I will report to BBB."

- Tried to sell 6 gift cards on 10/26/11 to them - sent them in and did exactly as they instructed. Today is 12/29/11 and still no payment to be seen.
- Emailed and called their customer service over 20 times and was told that they would "escalate" the issue to their Finance team and would compensate me...still I have not heard back from them.
- This company needs to get their act together on customer service.
- Completely incompetent agents.
- Disorganized company with very poor customer service.
- Company does not care about customers who sell them gift cards.
- Claim they don't receive cards when they do.
- You might as well throw your gift cards away because all it will lead to is a path where you give up.
- Something needs to be done to shut this company down."

Emailed and called their customer service six times, and was told that they'd escalate the issue to their Finance team and will compensate me $15 Amazon gift card - and I haven't heard back ever since... I hope they get shut down. They have every excuse in the book to have me "wait a couple more days" to get paid. Their first excuse was that they were updating their website to make it better. If that was going to delay payment, they should have closed to business while it was being revamped! How ridiculous - DO NOT USE THEM.................."

"I have made a few purchases from Plastic Jungle and received all the cards (Home Depot and Petsmart) as expected. Made another order at the end of Oct 2011, and the card never showed up. My credit card was billed immediately (via Paypal). Customer service has been absolutely horrible, in addition to being very difficult to understand. After excuses of a software change, etc, noone at customer service can even tell me if the card ever shipped or what. They cancelled my order, but have yet to refund my card coming up on a month later. With other vendors out there, I would most likely avoid this seller."
