"I had already ordered a lot of things on Play-Asia and, don't get you wrong, it's an amazing site. Variety and quantities of products are insane; they have the better costumer service I have seen so far; prices are almost unbeatable... My first two experiences were better than the last simply because the shipping took a little longer than expected other than that their pretty good. All games purchased worked fine, no complaints. "My situation is currently being handled. One of the higher-ups emailed me & exlained the situation & offered their apologies. Other than this situation (which is being taken care of to my satisfaction now) I have had no other problems with them & once I recieve the product I will revising this again for absolute positive feedback.
I have used Play-Asia twice and both times the purchases did not involve any type of shipping other than to my email address. The first time went very smoothly. The second time, however, I get an email saying they recieved my paypal payment & I would be getting my product shortly. A day later I get another email saying they need a copy of my CREDIT CARD (front & back) & a copy of a picture ID & my signature; to verify it is me making the purchase before proceeding. I didn't pay with a credit card but with PAYPAL. They had also already taken the money from my account. I reply to them about their mistake & wait. A day & a half goes by & no responce. Again I emailed them & STILL no responce. I should have recieved my order with-in 24 hours, with the holidays, I can understand 48 maximum. To not have heard anything back from them is rediculious. This issue currently is unresolved. Unless I hear from them soon, I will be reporting the business."

"Made payment immediately. Received confirmation that payment received by Play Asia. Was promised shipping by Fedex within 24hrs. After 72 hrs, asked for the shipping tracking number. No response. The next day my order was canceled without any notice. Put claim thru Paypal as paid thru them. Still no response.

"I have been using Play-Asia for almost six years now, and I am completely satisfied. Very polite staffs that answered every e-mails. They have a lot of items in their catalogue, even those that are difficult to get in other stores. Price is reasonable, a bit expensive if I may say so, than the other shops. Nevertheless, still reasonable, and worth the service they are giving. They ship the goods propmtly, sometimes quicker than expected. I never have any single problem with their side of service. The problems came from local post office (i.e. Royal Mail, Pos Indonesia), or the representatives of the courier companies if the goods are not handled with the courier companies themselves in certain countries, of which Play-Asia can't take the blame.
I intend to continue shopping for my gaming needs in Play-Asia for years to come. I have been recommending Play-Asia to my friends and others in gaming community."
