"A word of advice - never, ever preorder anything on Play-Asia. They never get enough stock on release date to fulfill preorders, nor do they seem to follow the first come, first serve basis. My preorder should have shipped one whole week ago, and right now, it's still "Back ordered" on Play-Asia, even though it's available on any other online store I browse. I didn't even receive any notification about this through email either, not until I asked them myself and was told that there was "a delay in restocking."
Play-Asia might be good when it comes to buying older products, but for preorders, whether you get your item right on time or have to wait for a ridiculously long time seems to be based totally on luck. And what customers want from online shops is "trust," not "luck.""

"Kay, this is my third time purchasing from Play-Asia. It's suuuuchhh a great store. I just received my package today, and was really excited. Upon placing my order FFVII Piano Collections ( WHICH, by the way, I could not find anywhere else ) it said it would take 5-15 days before shipping. Anyways, it shipped in about 5 ish days. And Im very pleased. I live all the way in Canada. Usually it takes about 2 weeks to arrive, but This came actually in about 7 business days. No joke. Whenever I think of ordering anything game-related, I am excited to say " Ohh, I can purchase this from Play-Asia. " The reason I write this review is, because I am confident in them. They have my respect. Sometimes, you will read a bad review about them, but HELLOOOOOO their a huge company. It's a BUSINESS. Things aren't ALWAYS gonna go your way.. "I ordered 5 Mermaid Melody DVDs and within 2 weeks they had two in stock. They immediately shipped these two out so I could have them right away (and they had no idea when the other DVDs were going to be restocked.) I am still currently waiting for the other 3 to come into stock (I hope they do soon). (I might also add, these DVDs are very rare and hard to come by). Overall I have had a good experience with play-asia. I would purchase from them again and would recommend them as a honest company. (they respond quickly to customer inquires too)."
