Ive never had any problems with my orders except for the last few i ordered 4 items in the beginning on October all using standard shipping to the UK and its taken over 5 weeks and i still havent received 1 item i can understand its probably due to the shipping method that i picked as usually i get all my items within 2-5 days and thats amazing considering that it travels halfway across the world to me. I galdy recommend Play-asia and i will continue to use play-asia for a very long time."
"There's a few sites out there that provide the service of getting import goods to the US but few have given me as enjoyable an experience as Play-asia.com. The order listed for this review was a preorder for December, actually I have several items preordered at different times; I preordered the pieces separately as they became available. With a single email I requested if it would be possible to consolidate the orders into a single one so that I could save a bit on shipping. A few hours later I got a reply saying "no problem, we took care of it, your items will be shipped together and will all be put under one order". How simple and efficient!

"I ordered the Super Marion 25th Anniversary game. It came in a box. I ordered the cheapest way here to the US. I knew it was going to be slow, but i totally did not expect what was about to see when i did get it. The box was CRUSHED! They sent a boxed game in an envelope! HOW IRRESPONSIBLE! I tried to work out something with them. But being they are not a US based company, they could not care any less. All they did was send me emails about nonsensical explanations.
They're prices are not even the best on line!!!

"I purchased lots of game from Playasia since 2006. I am living in the same city - Hong Kong where the shop located. They were great and can be found lots of game i cant find in my country. This is my first preorder and feel like very disappointed and worst. I preorder the StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty [Collector's Edition] on 8 June. The game is going to release on 27/7. Yesterday 25/7, my order still showing stats "pre order" and look fine i will get my game without any problem. today 26/7, i check my list again and the order is disappeared without any notice. I email them and be told that they cancelled it because the supplier dont have enough stuff for them. I wondering why they dont tell and cancel it earlier and held my order for so long. This is a limited edition, its hard to find anywhere and the game out tomorrow. If they did it earlier i should be able to find it in other way. I should say that do not preorder any limited item from Playasia. This is the worst, wasting time and held your order until the item is out, but be told that they have no stock. think i will not purchase from them anymore, i am very disappointed this time."

I emailed them about the detail and they said it was cancelled because they dont have enough for the preorder customer. They should tell us earlier if they knew about that. They just hold your order but never know they have enough until the game release. I have to find another way to late to order the game again. Dont preorder anything from PA."
"Play-asia is quite great (espescially because of its reasonable price) if you are buying old goods, but never try to preorder goods from it. I preordered a CD, which would be released on 16th June, on 27th May together with other 2 CDs from play-asia. At first I got one of the 3 CDs after roughly a week (which is much longer than the time needed they said on the website), and found that they forgot to ship another CD to me. I then got the missing CD a few days after I have asked about it. But when it came to 16th June, it changed the status of my preordered CD from "will be shipped on 16th June or before" to "in process" WITHOUT any notifications until I ask about the CD. And the customer service just kept asking me to wait patiently using a template email reply. Finally, it turned out that it can't get my preordered CD and told me through an email JUST NOW(a month later)! It held my order for a month and then just told me that I can't get my CD so I will have to find another store for this "Limited" CD. As in my case, I paid my order through bank transfer but not credit card, they provide refund through bank transfer instead of store credit too. This should be the only merit of their service in this purchase. One more thing to add: their customer service really sucks! They just copy the template mail and I wonder if i was really communicating with a real person or just an A.I. It's also ridiculous that they don't ever provide a phone number as customer service hotline. And their packing is not protecting enough, I got one of my CD having cracks on the case in my other order. So, take my advice, don't ever try to preorder from them, and don't put too much hope on their service except the unbeatable price (especially in their special offers)."

I saved lots of money buying granrodeo limited edition 3rd album with the dvd. Also they gave me a coupon in return for buying from them.
