"Refusal to ship PS3/PSP games to Europe is beyond ridiculous. Unfortunately, this is only the beginning of the troubles they cause.

I placed an order last year which they repeatedly said was not in stock, even though since before I ordered it and the whole while they told be they were waiting for a restock their page showed it clearly as IN STOCK. It did not arrive for three months and, on top of that, the shipping bill was more than twice the actual product cost itself. Again, unacceptable.

Then I placed an order in December, which was also clearly listed as "in stock". A month later, after hearing nothing, I emailed them to ask what was going on. They eventually replied that it was out of stock and that they would be shipping the other half of my order (which they did, although it took a very long time for them to do so). This entire time the product showed as in stock. Two whole MONTHS went by with nothing, before they finally emailed this morning (18th February - the order was placed December 11th) to say that the product was now unavailable.

Thanks to this, the only other copy I could find was long sold, and now it is impossible for me to get hold of. Well done on their part.

"So, I just ordered Silent Hill 2 Original Soundtracks and Silent Hill Zero Original Soundtracks. I was very surprised to see they still sell original japanese edition, 6 year after the production of these CD were stopped.

I just recieved my order: well shipped, the wait wasn't to long (I waited 10 days ... from Hong Kong to France, that's not bad), and it is really Konami's edition, not crappy bootlegs of Taïwan.
