poor understanding to questions(English?), canned replies, at last they disregard my query.

Here is my story,
I oredred a SF4 fightpad with other 4 games(one was a discount title and one with bonus goods) in the mid-term of February, and I chose ship once when all goods are being collected.
As most of you know,the fightpad is officially in a shortage recently, but all the other games are ready to go and be waiting for a month.
so I decided to ask for first shipping the games to me.

First they told me the shipping fee may increase by sending more than once.
OK, that's reasonable,then I asked them to list me up the prices and arrivals, thier reply is
"If you want to ship the order separately and both partial order delivered by Fedex, you have to pay for the extra shipping cost for separate
shipment. If the unavailable item is shipped by regular airmail, then no extra shipping cost is needed."

I just thought, have I read this sentence somewhere before? I asked for a LIST of AMOUNTS & DATES! did they read my question? After 2 e-mails asking for it, they finally tell me how much each shipment cost(BUT WITHOUT DATES)...
I asked them to split and ship things which are ready to go.Then they modified my order.
Here comes another problem, I found the discount price raised up to normal and the bonus goods disappeared from my order!
I asked for reasons then they modified the raised price, but not about the bonus goods...
They told me that "We are very sorry that while we were adjusting your orders and separating them, at the very same time the bonus edition was sold out.That's why we had to change it back to the normal version."

What the hell!? sold out at the very same time!?
that's a silly answer,Obviously that my bonus edition was sold out while waiting for the fightpad...shouldn't it be preserved to my order?

I asked for futher reason and what action they will take for this case, but they do not response...

now I am really disappointed.
although I am still not being charged for even a cent, I'm writing here to tell all of you that be aware if you are trying to contact their CS!

Play-Asia is only good for who never ask and never get trouble with them!

Update: Actually I'm will waiting for my merchandise, for some silly reason it took them over a week just to ship it out of their office, a game that just came out that's not in stock at their warehouse? Give me a break. Also by some grace of god the the limited editions I got cheated out of a now in stock, how fitting after they ship the regualar editions, now I have to spend $200 more dollars just to get what I orignally ordered. Play-asia is a good place to buy games, however when it comes to pre-orders things can get a little crazy.

Ok here's the story, so I pre-ordered two limited edition games about 2 months in advance to ensure my copy. One was set to be realeased at the end of February and the other was set to be realeased at the beginning of April, April 2nd to be exact. So anyway when March 29th rolls around I get a letter from play-asia saying "payment failure" and they said the bank declined it due to "insufficient funds" and I think that's weird, so I check the bank and I see I have $7 under the amount they we're going to charge. It's kind of odd they we're charging 4 days before the release day, but maybe there was pre-stock or something.

Sounds like my problems so far right? Here's where things get fishy, so I message play-asia's support and ask if they can hold it till the 3rd because that's when I get paid. They agree and they said they "froze" my order and told me to message them when I was ready to pay. Anyway when March 2nd rolls around, ironicly enough a couple hours before I get paid, I get a message saying my order was canceled, so I message support about this and they give me the run around about how it's out of stock, my fault, I'm stupid, etc. It probably sounds like the banks problem or my fault for not having the money, but the real problem here is they said my order was frozen and they would hold it for me but instead they forcibly cancelled my order sold it behind my back.

Pre-orders may always be unrelieable but do you really have to add a whole new level of uncertainty to them?

This order I had to place to get the goods I was already going to pay for only in regular edition.

They shipped out the order promptly and is due to arrive at my house the very next day. I don't live anywhere near Hong Kong where the business is stationed and to get the package all the way out here in just one day is amazing. My first order also arrived at my home in just one day. While their prices aren't as great as some other places they do provide a $5 off coupon with every order so that helps. I'll definitely order from there again. "
