"Customer service is horrible. Had to reach out multiple times to check on order status and update information. It took so long to ship that I moved between the order date and the shipping date. For some reason the forwarding didn't work and the item was sent back. I asked customer service for it to be resent to my new address. I was informed the order was canceled and I would need to submit a new order. That would mean 1-2 more weeks process and now there is a shipping fee when there wasn't when I originally order. Bad business.


Summary: I never received the item. Ordered multiple times, called customer service multiple times, long lead time then eventually sent back and canceled."

"I had never used your company before so I called placed an order and paid with a debit card. I received a notice from my bank making sure that the transaction was legitimate and I confirmed the purchase. I then received a email from Plumber stock saying that the purchase was confirmed and that I would be receiving an email when the product was shipped. the following day I received another email from plumber stock saying that my order had been canceled that I did not pass verification process and I was told to call a particular person at plumber stock. when I called and asked for this person I was questioned as if why did I want to speak to them. I inform the person on the other end of the phone that the email I received specifically asked me to request this person. I was told that the person who had answered the phone this time could help me and said that since I had never ordered from plumber stock before I could not receive a product using the form of payment that I had used and had to use a different form of payment. I then went back online found the product somewhere else and made my purchase."
