From our experience, their delivery time is 1 to 2 days. Excellent shipping times and it's FREE for orders over $199.

When we received the beaded pool liner, the box was damaged, therefore we did not open the box. I contacted Pool Supplies Canada and Matt resolved the issue very fast, flawlessly and no pressure on the client at all. I simply sent a picture and Matt immediately sent another Pool Liner the same day and we received the new liner the following day. When we got the new pool liner by UPS, we asked them to take back the damaged one and there was no issues at all. So, it was effortless to return the unopened damaged pool liner box.

The service is absolutely second to none. We will definitely keep ordering with Pool Supplies Canada. We've placed 3 orders so far this year.

"We ordered the top tier winter cover from these guys and it ripped first winter. Their response too bad unless it tore at a seam. We also ordered the top tier solar cover and it was too small when the pool company laid it out to cut it. They said it was the pool company's fault even though we laid it out together and it wouldn't reach no matter which angle we laid it out at. These guys are scammers and I would definitely not spend another dime there. We had 2 other shipments two other years and there were problems with each order. From my experience it doesnt pay to order online as you may save a little but you lose the loval service and you're out on your own if you incur a problem. They definitely don't seem to care at all: ("
