I had originally tried to purchase this laptop through Xoticpc.com. However, after taking 4 days to just get an email about the specific representative I was suppose to contact in order to confirm my purchase, I decided to order through PowerNotebooks.com instead.

The laptop was boxed nicely, and I didn't have any dead pixels. It works really well, and I love the Crucial 128gb ssd I had decided upon.

The only problem I have is with Sager and Onkyo's implementation of the speakers. The speakers have horrible sound quality. (not PowerNotebooks fault)"
