"I have bought a PowerPro R 11:36 laptop from PowerNetbooks on the 8th of July 2011. I am writing on it right now and I have to say right from the start, this computer is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

I’m not an easy to please customer and it took me almost two months until I finally bought a new laptop. I had a pretty unfortunate experience with some of the big names in the busyness and, because of this, I started looking for alternatives on different dedicated forums. It is there were I found about PowerNotebooks.com. Many people from the US and around the world had to say good things about them, so I decided to contact them.

I initially intended to buy a Sager NP8130, but at Mister Donald Stratton’s recommendation and after looking around for more info on it, I bought the PowerPro R11:36, an excellent machine built on a MSI chassis.

It is not the place to review the laptop here, but if you’re looking for a new gaming laptop and you want some of the best features out there at an almost unbeatable price, look for info on the PowerPro laptops on dedicated forums or better yet, contact the guys from PowerNetbooks. They will be most likely very happy to answer any questions that you may have and do so in a very friendly, kind and prompt manner. At list this is what happened in my case. Also bear in mind that they sell other computers from companies like MSI, Asus or Sager.

If I would have to use only one word to describe the people from PowerNetbooks, that would be professionals. But that’s not all. Besides being excellent sellers they also have that attitude that many are missing this days, they make you feel that you are dealing with a friend. Their communication and customer service is top notch, they move very fast, are highly flexible, understand and care about the customers needs. Nobody gets it right all the times, but trust me, it would be very hard to find someone who is better at this than these guys are.

So, would I buy from them again? Sure hope so! Would I recommend them to anyone else, to my friends? Of course! I already did.

I called on a Friday with no intent of buying anything from this company. I was just trying to get some information about the various features of the Sager laptop.
The phone was picked up by Charlotte. She directed me to David Stratton. I asked him several questions and he answered them to my satisfaction. Never once did he talk about selling acomputer to me.
I did some more research on my own. The following Monday I was ready to order. I felt most comfortable with David Stratton, who seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product.
I went through the configuration with him on the telephone. He was extremely helpful. He asked me what I needed the computer for and when I explained my needs he was able to configure the laptop.
He made some very helpful comments. This saved me a ton of money. It was really surprising to me that the owner of the company was extremely honest in his dealings with the consumer. Never once was there any pressure to buy anything.
Every decision was carefully thought out and he clearly made a sincere effort in trying to make sure that I got what I needed and not what I wanted or what I thought I wanted. He could have easily sold me the most expensive bells and whistles that came with the laptop.
However he was very honest and tailored the laptop to my needs. He educated me on the various components. He spent a lot of time with me on the telephone trying to understand my different needs.
In this day and age I have never come across an Internet company's owner [who I don't even know], spending this much time with a potential customer. I could sense his transparency on the telephone. I could feel the sincerity in his voice.
I am sure that if I had said that I was not interested in pursuing the purchase, he would've still treated me the same if I'd called him in the future asking him for more advice.
He could have easily made more money from me by telling me that the more expensive processor or the more expensive video card would be superfast. He actually toned down my enthusiasm by giving me facts.
I remember him telling me that it was like driving a Ferrari in a 30 mph speed zone when we were discussing the various processors and video card options [reader please understand that this is
being configured for MY needs, since each person's needs will be different]. He kept in touch with me throughout the sales process and answered my e-mail questions promptly. Even after the sale was complete and I received my laptop he made sure that I was satisfied.
I will not hesitate to order from this wonderful company in the future because I know that with such caring and honest people such as David and Charlotte at the helm, I will never go wrong. They will always
put themselves in my shoes and do their best to make me happy and satisfied. I truly wish that we had more people like David and Charlotte in this world -- it would be a much better place to live with people like them.
I know this note turned out to be much longer than I anticipated but I really wanted to give credit where it is due. The other wonderful thing is that there is a lifetime 24/7 support.
You cannot go wrong with a company that has the best interest of the consumer in mind and is completely transparent and honest in its dealings. I have put in a lot of thought and emotion in constructing this letter of reference for this wonderful couple and
