There are many sites which offer sager notebooks and seem very similar at face value. Some even have better designed webpages. However Power Notebooks I noticed is consistently on top of the latest hardware with zero delay between release and availability on their site.

Once I placed my order I chose cash deposit to get the few extra percent discount at which point I got a helpful email and call to walk me through the process. I ordered during the labor day sale, but I didn't get my cash deposit in until after the sale ended. They were very accommodating and I still got the discount.

After I placed the order I decided to upgrade one of the components, which they did immediately with no delays or confusion.

"I came to PowerNotebooks to buy an ASUS G73SW-3DE notebook computer. I attempted to get my notebook at 3 other major notebook companies before PowerNotebooks, each to no avail.

Upon wiring the residual funds for the notebook, I promptly received an email stating my funds were received, the notebook was in the process of being customized to my specifications and I would soon receive my order number. Needless to say, soon after, I received my order number and shipping information.

My product arrived in the designated time frame with no signs of shipping damages. The product came exactly as advertised and all my modifications were installed exactly as instructed. For a notebook that was so heavily modified, the notebook seemed to be never opened (there were no scuff marks, signs of wear on screws, dust on the screen, etc.) My product also shipped with a PowerNotebooks backed warranty guarantee as well as a clean install OS DVD. I cannot comment on the notebook's software installation as I performed a clean install of the OS.

One week after receiving my notebook, and I am glad to say all is well. It seems to be functioning as designed and runs as expected. I am extremely satisfied with the product I have received from PowerNotebooks thus far.

Considering my high standards and the financing problems I faced, I am very much impressed with my experience at PowerNotebooks.com. Their staff has been extremely professional and especially has been kind, responsive, knowledgeable, unbiased and cooperative. Their products and services are equally as impressive as I now have a highly customized performance notebook that is backed by a comprehensive and fair warranty program.
