"I received my new Asus laptop from PowerNotebooks.com about a week ago. It arrived in perfect condition. I am happy to say that dealing with Donald and Charlotte was a great customer experience. I don't make large purchases often and and they made me feel like my purchase was more of an investment than an expense.

Their product knowledge, personal approach and friendly attitude coupled with the fact that they promptly returned all my emails and were always available on the phone made this the best online purchasing experiences I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new laptop. They also had the best prices for what I was looking for.

I had one minor issue (that I caused..ha ha) in setting up the laptop for the first time and after one email and one phone call then a few quick minutes on the phone with an excellent tech support member and my issue was solved.
