"I tried to purchase a gaming laptop that was suppose to be in stock ready to go through two other vendors (per their sales people), only to find out AFTER I made my order that it wasn't in stock and wouldn't be going out for 3 weeks (so much for a 'rush service"). I went back to the Internet and did some research and found PowerNotebooks.com. I called and was immediately connected with Donald Stratton, who answered all my questions and let me know that it would only take a day or two to customize and send out the laptop I wanted to order. I placed my order on Wednesday 5/26/11. I received several emails keeping me advised of the process. On Friday 5/28/11 I called and spoke with a very nice lady (didn't get her name) to upgrade my shipping to two day. She told me the laptop was ready to ship and went ahead and upgraded the shipping, making sure everyone was aware of the upgrade. I received my shipping notification on Saturday 5/29/11 from Don (remember this was Memorial Day Weekend) with a scheduled delivery on Wednesday 6/1/11. On Tuesday, the UPS man was knocking on my door with my new laptop, a full day ahead of the scheduled delivery. It is a good laptop for the price I paid, it will do everything I want it to and I am not out a small fortune for it. 5 star service!"

"Seemed to be the best choice, but ended up being a bad experience. Having to wait two weeks for a laptop is ridiculous. No updates for almost two weeks after you pay until late the night before shipping. Very short and impatient with you. The customer is always wrong here. Not willing to admit their faults and find solutions/compromise. Instead of paying $20 to correct my shipping issues they take they redirect the laptop back to them so they can sell it for more. Very disappointed. :("
