"I ordered on the PLT site on June 6th & received shipping confirmation a few days later. The website shows the items were delivered to my home on the 12th & it was not. I did not receive anything at my door or in my mailbox like the two shipping couriers websites stated. I order packages regularly & actually live in an area where parcels are in a protected area until picked up by the tenant. Once reaching out to the pretty little thing customer service contact through their website as well as their Instagram customer service & promotional accounts there was still no response to my initial email issue UNTIL I started actively informing potential customers of their less than impressive customer service. Since then I have finally received an email response back with them informing me they would still like to take extra time to avoid giving me a refund or at the very least re-issue my items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR OWN TIME/MONEY with this company. There are several "boutique" style sites that have the same (or comparable) items for the same prices."

I ordered a pair of shoes from the Australian website in my correct size I received them 3 days later as I used expressed shipping. I emailed pretty little thing asking to exchange and if I could receive the new pair at the end of that week as I needed them for an event. After not hearing back within 48 hours I messaged them on Facebook. They explained I would have repurchase the shoes ans they would be the correct size the second time around. I reordered the shoes and hadn't received them in the 5 day period as I paid express shipping once again. I didn't receive the shoes until the 10th day after purchasing them. Once again they where the incorrect size.
Pretty little thing hasn't exchanged anything for this horrible service or tried to resolve the issue.

"I purchased two pairs of jeans from this online store, they were the EXACT same pair only they were in two different washes. When I received my package and tried the jeans on, both of the jeans were too big (even though I wear a US size 0/UK size 4) but not only that, one of the jeans fit looser than the other. That's quite strange since, like I said, they are the exact same pairs in the exact same sizes. Why in the world do two of the same jeans fit two completely different ways. With the jeans I also ordered two bodysuits. Fortunately the bodysuits fit well enough that I can still wear them but even those two pieces were a bit too long (luckily their bodysuits so the extra fabric is hidden). I would be cautious when shopping on this site, especially if you're on the petite side because the sizing for their clothes are just off.
I personally did not have an issue when it came to receiving my package and I think the quality of the clothes are on par with any other trendy online fashion store so I'm satisfied. "

"If I could give this company a 0 STAR I WOULD!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Lesson learned ! I ordered clothes over $100 on May 28 2018 & paid for regular 5-7 business day shipping therefore, (not including Monday because of the holiday) my order should be here by tomorrow June 6 2018! However, the company delayed my sending out my package & barely responded to me in regards to the long delay. Now the company and its shipping carrier are saying I won’t recieve my package until between June 21-July 6 2018!!! That is ridiculous especially when you paid your hard earned money and expect something in the given time ! This company is false advertisement please listen to the reviews and their better business bureau rating is a F!!!!! They only care about themselves and the money ! "Purchased bodysuit on 25/5 saying yes received order and will be dispatched. Received email on 26/5 saying dispatched, then on 1/6 received another email saying i’ve received a refund. So two lies- one about having the order and one about sending it off. From what i understand from the email, it also appears i am only getting a refund for my item and not the $15 express shipping i purchased. We’ll see if i even get my money back. Irresponsible, lying, ridiculous service!"
