"I bought a pair of jeans online for an occasion taking place two weeks from ordering, it is now over a month and still nothing has been done (NO TRACKING, NO ITEM!) I contacted their CS through "Whattsap" and this is what they replied back with "I am so sorry for the delay in receiving this order! I have sent all of the details over to our enquiries team to look into this further with the courier and we should have an update within 48 hours." A WEEK LATER.. and zilch! Nothing has been done, tracking still not reading?! (Like they're working with Casper on this one small item)! so I send them an email to see if there has been any updates yet from their end? NO REPLY .. TWO MORE WEEKS LATER AND ITS STILL SITTING ON "ORDER DOES NOT EXIST" (through tracking item) but on my PLT acc it says "COMPLETED"? Like WTF is that suppose to mean? At least have the decency of giving your customer a refund?' It has been over a month now! Going on 2 soon. And "NO REPLY, NO TRACKING, NO ITEM, NO REFUND, NO UPDATE?!" I don't care about the money since I have already bought another pair of jeans from an actual store But at least have common f*kn sense to actually look after your customers! NOT HAPPY! DEFINITELY WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE! FALSE ADVERTISING!!! "I purchased two items only because it said there was 50% off, I used the code TREAT50 which said it had worked and my items were brought down to half price, I then got taken to another page where it asked for details and then confirmed my order. I then got my PayPal receipt back which said I had been charged full price, even though it said the discount had worked and I wouldn't have bought them if it said I was being charged full price. I emailed them and they replied very bluntly and made it seem like I was just stupid and they couldn't do anything to help. In the end after many emails of evidence that I was telling the truth, and talking to someone different they apologised for their poor costumer service and gave me a refund for half the amount. I also wont be shopping there as I paid an extra $15 for express shipping which meant it was a priority parcel, so it would come in time for what I needed it for. It said express was 4 days and standard 6, it has been 6 days and I still haven't received it, the tracking shows me it sat in the same place for 4 days before it did anything. They shouldn't say these times if they aren't 100% accurate. In the end I wont be shopping here again!"

I ordered a jumper and on the model it was a white/cream colour, when it came it was a disgusting dark grey nothing even close to the photo! Nope, there was no mistake made because they don't even sell that colour, they are trying to get away with selling a product which isn't the same as the photo! Not only this but I ordered over £100 worth of stuff and they will be all be getting sent back, they need to stop photoshopping their photos so much that it looks like a complete different product! This is something you would except from a dodgey foreign site but this is a well known company! Disgrace!"
"I ordered to items, both were not what I ordered, "sent in company error". PLT said to send back, with postage receipt and I will be reimbursed. It took days for them to respond via email. Many email back and forth. They finally agreed to refund me back to my CC. However my CC was in the meantime scammed and were cancelled by my bank. I explained this and requested I get my refund into my savings account. "Bad News" was the reply that they won't refund me. I since told them that I will contact Dept of Fair Trading and let them handle the matter. Suddenly the refund of $39.99 was in my account! But they did not refund my return postage to them $8.50. They were in the wrong but did not own up to it or handle it fairly for the consumer. They have no customer service phone number and lengthy delays in email responses. I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not care for their customers and treat them very poorly. There is nothing on their website that one cannot purchase from another more reputable website. I did ask them that if they would refund me for the items and postage as they were in the wrong, I would not leave any negative feedback. However, they did not honour their company policy.

"I recently bought a jacket from the company honestly the quality was terrible it looked cheap crap the belt did not work properly. I paid £30 for a jacket which is alot if it looks like trash so i returned it to the post office yesterday with a photo proof of postage i sent them a messege on twitter they took forever to respond and felt i was treated like crap after waiting for 4 hours they responded and said i have to wait 21 days not a really good responce. Excuse me by law if a customer recives a item that does not look like on the image you are advertising you must refund them right away. Honestly if you saw the state of the jacket you would know how i feel. There just a money profit grabbing company and its put me right off shopping with them again, order number is 104162059 and the jacket i purchased was the Emilia Faux sued jacket. BEWARE and if you are unsure of buying a item because you dont know if it will suit you its not worth the risk. This company has left me in tears also i am not stupid you clearly give refunds right away if a item is faulty and returned with a photo proof of postage. You clearly dont give AF !"

"Honestly, this is by far the worst experience I have had. I paid an extra $15 for express shipping. It is now over a week later, and this item is no where to be found. I contacted the company and they said the package is stuck at customs. I purchased two dresses for an event- since the dresses are not here, I cannot wear them and now I have to scramble for another alternative.. they refuse to discount the items or remedy the situation in either. They just tell me "We have no control over customs" Whether they have control or not is not my problem. They shouldn't guarantee shipping etc if they can't get it here on time. It also seems like this is a regular occurrence.

"So, I saw Kylie Jenner promo this brand on her instagram, thought their stuff was super cute on the website, and ordered two pairs of shoes with standard shipping (5-7 days). Throughout waiting for my stuff, I tried tracking it and the tracking number did nothing..... sketchy. So then two weeks after ordering, I went to the website and found a different tracking link after some searching, which said my package had been delivered two days ago. NOTHING IN MY MAILBOX. NO PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, only an email. I explained to them I never got my order though it said delivered, and here's what they told me: "I'm sorry but once the order has been placed we cannot change the delivery option that you selected." So basically it's MY FAULT and they refuse to do anything about it. HA. Good thing I already filed a fraud claim with my bank two days ago!!!! Hope you guys see these reviews before ordering from this company, because I sure wish I had!!!"
"ordered clothing and make up 28th december and never received. the tracking said it was posted through a letterbox but it was a business address with no letterbox also it claimed it was nearly 11pm on a sunday night - not likely! i have filled out endless contact forms, emails, facebook messages and a typed letter and still nothing! i have been told i cant have the items i have to have a refund however so far nearly a month on i have had nothing! they make you fill out a form and scan it back which i did the next day and then they said it was wrong so i did it again they then said it was not accepted as over 7 days ? they thenj sent me another form (3rd one) and it was dated 11/12/16 but sent to me today 21/12/16 so ive sent that back and guess what thats no good either so im waiting on them sending a fourth form now! you never get the same person and nobody seems interested ! "
