"disgusting service, scammers, cheap clothing, unreliable delivery and unhelpful assistants. i am still waiting on two separate refunds! NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from PLT. They are frauds and will scam you off your money. I will stick to ASOS, i have never had a problem with them they clothes are usually great and delivery is reliable!"

"AVOID Pretty Little Thing at all costs!

I never received my order and was unexpectedly refunded? I never ordered a refund? And this was after I've waited for 2 weeks for my order!

I really wanted my pieces so I was advised by the PLT team to make a reorder, which I did, foolishly! The same thing happened but after almost a month of waiting for my parcel? What a bunch of idiots.

DO NOT ORDER from PLT, they cannot handle customers or the volume they receive.

A bunch of ludicrous idiots.

AVOID, I repeat, AVOID!

"i would advise anyone to steer well clear of ordering with this company - after making a purchase at the end of the August, the order was not what i expected so i returned this at the stat of September. The company advised that they return with a maximum of 21 days and i have sent 4 emails i reference to this issue as i have still not received a refund after this allotted time. I was initially advised the item had not been received (this was a lie as i had the tracking number and could tell them when this was received and exactly who signed for this). I was then asked to provide the tracking receipt and advised to wait longer for my refund - upon chasing this again i have now been asked to provide my full order information to them which i do not have as my delivery note information was sent back as this is part of the returns process - i am amazed they asked me for this as all my emails have included my order number which surely they can use to look up on their system!

After providing this information i have now been ignored on email and i have asked on several occasions for a contact telephone number or an email address or someone i can speak to with regards to this matter - again i have been ignored and no-one has come back to me on this issue.

i would strongly advise you steer clear of this bogus company who seem to have no knowledge of customer service or the basic level of communication skills to deal with the public.

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

When I initially placed my order I was told that the payment had not gone through. I checked my bank and it had actually been taken. I sent a statement via email to prove that the payment had been taken.

The delivery was late!!! I paid for next day delivery but didn't receive the order until 3 days after!

I then returned the order as the quality was very poor and was told that it had miraculous disappeared.

I got in contact again (via email) and was told to provide proof of postage, which I did.

I then received another email, saying AGAIN that the payment was never originally taken! So I sent the proof that the payment had been taken again!

I have now been asked to provide my card number and expiry date so they can refund the payment, which I find strange as they already have this information as I used the card to make the payment initially.

I've never received such appalling customer service in my life!!! And to make it worse they don't even have a contact number to speak with someone direct which is extremely frustrating as they don't respond to emails in a timely manner.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

"Ordered an item 29/04/15, like previous bad reviews, fast to take money and not send out the goods! Hermes confirmed that Pretty Little Thing hadn't even processed the order. Currently escalated this issue to a claim through PAYPAL to get my money back. No order confirmation email, no tracking, no query responses, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Avoid at all costs - complete and utter fraud."

"I returned a jumper several weeks ago. Still no refund. No acknowledgement despite numerous emails. No telephone number to contact. Took money quickly enough but to not even get reply to emails is disgusting service. DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!"

"still have not received my items. I bought some items and wanted them delivered for the next day, however it's been 2 days and still nothing. I've emailed customer service several times yet I've not received an email back. They have, however, managed to debit my account twice for the same items. Terrible service. Will never be ordering from them ever again!!!"

"What a disgusting company, please don't ever use them!! I placed an order on Friday 6/12/13 with them for a dress for a Christmas party, whilst browsing, I noticed they were offering free next day delivery if you spent a minimum amount (£35). I quickly chucked two more items into my basket to meet this minimum and checked out.
Upon checking out, the next day delivery option wasn't available. Conveniently they have NO contact telephone number. You had to place the order by 3 or 4pm to get the free next day delivery so I checked out and emailed them straight away with all the details expecting them to amend this to free next day delivery and refund the postage as any other reputable company would.
No email reply until the Monday after, which is also when the order was finally accepted - excuse me?! Do you not work Friday afternoons?! Most retailers are contactable 24/7, and its not like my order was placed on a bank holiday - far from it.
Pretty Little Thing originally replied saying they didn't offer free next day delivery - I took a screenshot of where it was on their website but they refused to see it. Eventually, after at least 4 emails back and forth, the refunded the postage, saying this was a 'gesture of goodwill' this was anything but a gesture of goodwill but simply what they had offered me in the first place!!

I did find a telephone number eventually on my paypal receipt - when I called it it rang for ages - eventually someone from 'Design' answered but was extremely arrogant, rude and abrupt - refused to help me, transfer me to customer services, answer any questions - eventually hanging up on me!

I then returned all the items, despite buying a small, the dress was enormous, so obviously the other two items I had chucked in my basket weren't even opened, as a size M/L and 12 would be humongous! The return process took an extremely long time - far longer than Asos for example. I posted on 12/12/13, the day after I finally received the items - again far from a bank holiday! And the refund wasn't put through until 31/12/13. But even then pretty little thing had to continue messing me around - they refunded only the dress saying they had only received this!! Sure you did - not!! They then demanded to see my proof of postage for the weight - I told them they could tell me what weight they received back first as otherwise I knew they would just copy whatever I said. They refused and said they wouldn't help me until they had seen this. I sent - the weight was 0.618kg - considering I posted a pair of boots on 27/12/13 at 0.541kg I think its pretty obvious that 0.618kg is the weight of more than one dress - but in fact all the items I had bought had been returned!
Will be contacting consumer watchdog and hoping this awful company goes into administration sooner rather than anyone else has the stress and hassle of dealing with them! An absolute disgrace!! Believe sister company is boohoo who are currently being equally useless!
