"I saw this site via IG, and decided to take a look at the site. I feel in love right away. Such great web banners, great looking clothing, location shoots with beautiful models, and affordable prices. But everything I tried to put in my cart said, "Out of stock" once I got to the details page. There wasn't even an option to be emailed if the item was restocked. I sent a long winded complaint that was geared toward the web department, ware house inventory, and whole seller. Not that customer service can do anything about it. But I was hoping a potential consumer being able to point that out after only being on the site for ten minutes that, perhaps they could send that on up to whom ever needed to open their eyes to see what's not working in their favor and effecting their profit. However it seems like they don't even have good reviews from actual customers. I have only seen one star out of five on reviews and read complaints on the sites facebook about "Pretty Little Things" not refunding people their money on returns. So I say use caution and read up on them before you spend with them."
"Sadly, I had ordered these items (not knowing the reviews for this store were bad ones). I'm hoping to recieve the package, although reading the reviews it looks like most customers haven't recieved their orders. The shop had sent an email saying my package has shipped but I clicked on the tracking number yet, on the website (of which will ship the package) says awaiting dispatch. So, word of advice: buy from stores you know of that have actual stores (not only online but actual department stores) in the country in which you live. Also, of course read reviews. You could be potientally getting scammed (having not known it). Never trust the verified symbol on a companies social media to give you an idea of a store being safe or not. Only reviews from customers tell the truth of a company being safe and all. Sad because I saw on Instagram that PrettyLittleThing sold dresses to Chantel Jeffries and Kylie Jenner making me believe the store wouldn't be a fraud (considering celebrities bought dresses from there), but nope they are. I'm nervous having thought that clothes I ordered may never come in the mail. All that money wasted...not only that, but I wonder if they'll send me the clothes that I've ordered or will they send me nothing at all. I wonder if the quality will be good. Looks like I'll have to wait and find out. Well lesson learned I'll only shop from U.S. stores. With foreign stores you'll never know if it's a scam. Why hasn't this company been shut down yet? How is it still running? "
"I ordered some clothes from 'pretty little thing' for next day delivery and its now been 4 days and it still hasnt arrived i have contacted hermes and pretty little thing but still havent received a reply from any of them as a first time customer i think customer service is absolutely dreadful i also asked for a refund and they still ignored me i asked my friends and family and most of them said that happened to them aswell they ordered something for next day delivery and it would come a week or 2 later or havent received it at all absoltely awful!!"

"So for my birthday last year I ordered a lovely jumpsuit and paid for next day delivery, it didn't come!! I was very stressed out and wanted to speak to someone. There was no contact number and only an email. When I spoke to Hermes I was told that pretty little thing needed to sort it out. I finally got a response and was told that they were sorting it blah blah blah, anyway I revieved my jumpsuit 2 weeks later!!!
I finally decided to give the site the benefit of the doubt because they do some lovely clothes and great prices and ordered some bits for my holiday, again I paid for next day 5 days later I'm still waiting I've been revieved emails from Hermes that it's out for Delivery blah blah and it still isn't here. I emailed pretty little thing saying that this had happened they chose to ignore me so I emailed again. I'm waiting a reply but it's just annoying that you are unable to speak to customer services on email so your constantly waiting for a reply. "

I placed an order and i was trying to figure out where my NUS discount code should be placed.
ASOS makes it very obvious where they want you to type it in, boohoo lets you type it in once you have confirmed your billing address etc
I expected Prettylittlething would have somewhere that states student promo code, but i placed the order before realising there isn't a next page.
I tried cancelling the order only to realise there isn't a cancel button, then i tried looking for their contact details to no avail only an email address and a twitter account.
Finally got through on twitter, only to be told it is in their faq section that you cannot cancel an order, why not put it at the forefront of your website so people know???"

I'm a huge online shopper and this is the worst scamming site I've ever came across.
I purchased a few items separately, one for me and one for my younger sister. I waited a week and nothing came, so I emailed a few times asking what's going on as the tracking number they gave me wasn't working. Another week later.. Nothing. No item, no reply.
So made a fake account / email and sent them an emailing asking if this is where I contact for help. They replied within 10 minutes.. So I asked them how come you reply to this email but refuse to answer any off my emails about where my item is? They gave the most pathetic excuses, told me the item was lost in postage and they haven't got any emails off me.
3 weeks later I got part a refund and they've still taken the other half off my money.
Long story short, they won't reply to your emails, they'll take your money and keep it. Leaving you with weeks off hassel for nothing but an empty pocket. I'm trying to get this account removed for scamming. "
"My sister purchased a dress in January and never received it. They have blocked her on social media and have treated her disgustingly. They also do not reply to their emails. Cheap prices reflected their criminal minds. This fraudulent is run by a bunch of morons who hide their identity. As we have contacted British trading standards and had to wait over 15 days we have taking this issue to the small claims court. Prices may be cheap but not worth the hustle. Also don't provide REF numbers as they will have you blocked from providing an HONEST review on trust pilot "
"I had purchased an item from their website and to be honest for the price I had paid, it was definitely not and no-where close of what I had expected (such cheap quality and not like what it shows online). I returned the item a day after I received it - Despite me sending numerous emails and complaints I did not receive a refund . Also there was no telephone number to contact. It took up to 4 months to receive my refund! Definitely the first and the last time!!! It's ridiculous!"
"the most awful experience I have ever had with shopping online. they received my item back on the 27th November. I asked them 10 days after that they had my item already for 10 days when will I be expecting a refund, they said I should wait 21 days. which is a ridiculous time considering I sent it tracked and knew they received it. anyway 21 days PAST still no refund, I messaged them and they said they will do it and never did. I then spoke to paypal and they advised me to open a claim. paypal then refunded me as pretty little thing didn't after 30 days of having my item. the staff are so rude and unhelpful! the clothes are awful cheap quality and if you want a refund you have to wait over a month! I am never buying again"
"ordered an item with next day delivery, the courier company CEO as admitted that they have lost the parcel, yet PLT still have not both to re send the item or re credited me.( christmas present). PLT do not care about the customer as with no customer phone number and bull s--t emails saying that you have to wait 28 days before they do any. Stay away from this micky mouse company who also use cowboy delivery company. now you can see why there is no contact number and they just hide behind email, to scare to speak with customer. never ordering from them again"
"Do Not Order from PLT. I have never had such an awful shopping experience. First they lie and say they sent my order but I wasn't in so it was returned, then they promise a refund I've never had. I am in fact waiting for 2 refunds and now nobody even replies to my emails. I am taking this further to a consumer watchdog as most customers experiences appear to be the same.

I ordered from pretty little thing 13 days ago.. No parcel had arrived by the tuesday so i emailed PLT, emailed again wednesday as i hadnt heard anything, i did not get a response. Thursday i decided to Facebook them as my parcel still hadnt arrived. They responded by saying they would call the courier whos systems were apparently down and the agent had to call them back in half hour. Hours later i still hadnt heard so i messaged again, they said they had called them but couldnt get through so would call again in 24 hours. after some disagreements that this was not good enough they offered me a 40% off code for my next shop which i thought was great... until i went to use it and told it was invalid (they forgot to mention that i wouldnt be able to use this till December) they apologized that no one told me. Fridayarrived and still not contact from PLT or any delivery so i messaged again.. i was told that it had been sent to the claims dept and they would contact me shortly (we are on 9 days since the order by now) i advised that i felt this was unacceptable but was told they wouldnt do anything until it had been investigated i asked for a call so i could complain and the lady advised me i would get a call Saturday.. no call.. messaged again to find out when i would get this to be told no one could call me and they would ring sunday.. sunday came and no call. i messaged again, to be told that sorry no one had called me but its being investigated (still!) Monday came and i still have no heard anything so another message was sent to be told that they are contacting the courier again. I then received a message to be told my parcel had been lost and a full refund would be given by the next working day and if i still wanted the items to go and reorder! Today comes (13 days after ordering) and i ask for a confirmation email to be sent that the refund had been processed to be told that nothing can be done because they are investigating it and i would not receive a refund until this was done!!! NEVER order with them, they are a joke!"
"The communication is as bad as the site is glitchy. They have price conversions that are extremely off. A pair of shoes that are £30 should not convert to $80 USD. They never email me back about orders or why the site isnt working. I can't even place orders properly. "
