"Wishing I've read these reviews before I put my order in. They have caused me nothing but stress & a headache for the last 2weeks! I ordered from them 2 weeks ago & they gave me a tracking # that couldn't be found, they never email you back, I've been going back& fourth with them on facebook for 2weeks now. I've missed my event because I still have yet to receive my items & my tracking information. I will never ever order from them again nor recommend anyone to order from them! My things have been in INWOOD, NY for 2 weeks. I still don't know when I'll receive my stuff I ordered. Terrible customer service. "

"Appauling company to deal with. The item ordered has still not arrived numerous emails sent. Replies from PLT are vague or asking me to check in my bins! No one at PLT will take ownershp of the problem. Having paid for annual next day delivery to have the item 8 days later is outrageous. "I will say this, when I got a reply after waiting so long, yes the representatives are very sweet. I do find it ridiculous that I had to wait A WEEK for a reply. The discount codes are a joke. Look I'm going to make my story very, very short because this order has caused me headaches, HBP and much frustration. I put in a discount code and they charged me full price. Right after; literally 5 seconds after I saw that number, I sent them 2 emails via paypal and through their contact form. Needless to say they didn't cancel my order like I requested a second after I placed my order that they CHEATED me on, and now I'm waiting for their response, let me guess another week? For them to tell me if they will pay for my return shipping which I DOUBT. PLT, we could've had a beautiful consumer relationship, but no you just couldn't give me my refund and read your emails. "Me and my sister ordered dresses on thanksgiving night and paid for express shipping and still never received our orders. It's been a little over a week and now we're missing an event because of their un organized business. Very disappointing will never order from them again. "
"I experienced this before, I ordered an item and the photo of the outfit looks a lot better then the actual real thing when it arrives but I just ordered a bomber jacket and the difference of the photo and the real this is ridiculous. I ordered a Bomber jacket, which I know isn't normally the thickest of jackets but the one that arrived is stick thin, it's thinner than a rain jacket. It looked completely different in the photograph. I strongly believe they use different fabrics when taking photos for the website and cheaper Fabric for the real thing! "
"Honestly I am highly upset and disappointed. How can you write a company about your items not being sent to you and they say there was something wrong with the address even though you have an account with them and they JUST sent you items. And now they want to send a ridiculous email stating they gave me a refund in april for a product i ordered in october!!! HOW ?! HOW?! how is that even possible? The person writing the email should have went back and asked them self hmm does this lie even make sense/!!!!! And now i still have none out of the two items i ordered for my bday PLUS no refund !!!! i want my $56. I dont want no discount code. They gave me my first refund for an item a month ago. Cool. "I never recieved a email with order number to track nor did I receive my items. There is no number to call and I can not send an email without my order number!!! Beware this is a bogus site and they will take your money as I checked my account. Absolutely disgusting how people can do this and get away with it. Please read reviews and check sites before you buy. Now 60 pound down and worked hard for that money to treat myself for once. Never will I buy without checking first again. "

"Ordered 2 items in the sale and also used rapid code for free delivery total £30. VERY surprised to get order and £42 taken. Charged full price for items and £4 for delivery! Got through to Boohoo who put me through in queue for ages spoke to different people all really rude refused to give me any names of anyone remotely in charge of this shambles. NOT SURPRISED. Reluctant to return items in view of their terrible reputation. Avoid this company at all costs. A lesson learned if it helps one person good. No phone numbers? I should of known better. Shame on you Boohoo think less of your company as well."
"Bought 2 dresses. Kept 1, returned the other. NEVER REFUNDED. Emailed (no direct number) now on email number 4 claiming it was sent and wait 5-7 days to see in account. The one dress that I did keep pulled in wash resulting in one wear and other so far a loss plus cost to ship back.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Dresses made extremely cheap, customer service terrible and withhold refunds.
Overall experience horrible!"
"Just read all these negative reviews which really don't mirror the experience I have had with them. Delivery time as been great; I ordered some dresses last night around 9pm for next day delivery and received them today at 11am!
I highly recommend this online shop, it is really good value for money and I love everything I order from there so much that I never need to return it, which is surprising for me as I am very picky with what I wear. It is also amazing quality, the fabric and fit are perfect."
"New customer, placed order, paid next day costs but no delivery received - contacted via contact form on line, no reply, contacted via email address to customer service, no reply. Found Telephone number and staff member informed me they don't have phones in customer service and he didn't have access to check for any orders, kept insisting I use the email or failing that twitter or facebook to find my delivery - after all customers have all day to email and chase for deliveries they have paid for!
Awful Customer Service, quick enough to send me sales emails, must of received 2 a day since registering but cannot send one email to answer my complaint.
I'd stick to the more reputable companies that respond to emails or take calls if you want the security of knowing any issues will be dealt with promptly."
"I order my outfit from PLT and basically the same like everyone I didn't receive my outfit or a refund. I've emailed PLT twice now and I've been told that it's being dealt with. It's been 1 month now and no up date or my money back. Guys please be careful with this site"
