"I shop at PLT all the time and usually it’s seamless however I can only give 4 stars as recently my NDD doesn’t arrive for days, and my refunds are usually missing items so I have to write down what I’ve returned and check it then raise this on FB messenger. They pretty good on FB and they sort it out quickly. Umar is especially helpful in my experience "
