"Due to the COVID-19, Hawaii has been under selter-in-place order. We cannot go to Hawaii as planned, so I canceled my hotel booking on Priceline. I talked to a customer support when canceling, who said they can refund my booking fee. But after 2 months, they send me an email noticing me that there won't be any refund. I am very frustrated. They lie to customers and don't care customers at all."
"Scam!!! Beware! Company advertised hotel room for $40 once we proceeded to checkout price jumped to $60 we decided to proceed since that was still a decent rate. Upon booking I went to confirm my reservation to find out they booked to a hotel not even in the same city or town they had advertised, being shocked I went to check my bank and noticed a charge now for $87.50!! Wait what? I could not believe that we fell for a bait and switch! Get on the horn to this Priceline company first agent claims they cannot cancel my reservation since the hotel already took my payment. He tells me he has tried to contact the hotel but no one is picking up I made final request to have the reservation cancelled he informed me I would have to call a number and speak with a rep, the number he gives me is an automated machine it says I have no reservation based on my reservation number so we try our phone number still does not recognize. Same recording over and over with no option for customer service, get back on chat with this guy he tells me there is nothing he can or will do since the hotel is not answering final request made to cancel he refuses to do so. I ended that chat session get on the horn with hotel, second ring a lady picks up I explain what has transpired and she tells me she's been at the desk all night noone has called, she contacts her manager but needs Priceline to contact them so I start another chat session a new guy comes on has no idea about my file so I explain it all again to him he now refuses to contact the hotel and informs me the hotel will charge me the full fee to cancel so I get back on the phone with the hotel they inform me no we never received any calls but our manager is willing to cancel your reservation no fee on our end. Go back to chat same guy says to me the hotel took your money there is no way for us to refund since we already paid them then disconnects chat I receive an email from Priceline saying to call this same automated service keep in mind we have already called 5 times in between all the other contact. We have never dealt with this company nor will we EVER AGAIN anyone should avoid at all cost they simply scam you, not only is it Bait and Switch they legit steal your money, lie their way through unfounded grounds, and simply do not provide a service. "
"I literally had clicked book and after they took my money they told me my flight was booked. Trying to get through to customer service was literally like pulling teeth. They had been absolutely no help what so ever. The automated machine "Trying to help" is bad. My whole overall experience is bad. I only give them one star because I cant give them less. They say funds will be returned in 1-3 business days but its quick enough when pay for it right? So stupid."

"My flight was changed 3 days before my scheduled trip without notification from Priceline. I was told of the change by the airline after I went to the airport for my original flight the change was noted by Priceline. I had hotels booked at the same time with the flight. However, since I was not notified of the flight changed, I was not able to change my hotel until the day of. Priceline customer service told me they absolutely cannot change my reservation or give me a refund even though it was their fault that I was not notified of the change in my flight. Horrible customer service. Will not use again!!!"
"Priceline refused to refund a trip cancelled on their through me, due to COVID-19. I work for a Meals on Wheels and lost over $600 of non-profit money because of their unethical practice.
To try to save money for a training I needed to attend, I booked my trip through Priceline.com. I booked a flight and hotel, saving $400 from doing it seperately. Then the COVID-19 epidemic happened. My conference was cancelled. I called Priceline and was on hold for 3 1/2 hours. I understood. I requested a refund and cancelled my trip - 2 weeks prior to the trip. The operator helped me complete the on-line form. As a safety measure, I also contacted the hotel and the airline and did the same. The hotel, RADISSON HOTEL BALTIMORE DOWNTOWN- INNER HARBOR, said I had to deal with Priceline to get my refund. Almost a month had passed and no refund, so I called. They said they had not form from me, not record of my call. They contacted the hotel - or so they said - and told me because I did not contact them they refused to refund the money. So, I asked for an email to send verifications and proof. I sent everything. No response. No refund. Shame on them."
"I had booked a cruise through Priceline and it was cancelled because of Covid19. Even though the cruise line is giving a 100% refund for the cruise price line is doing nothing to give a refund back for the booking fees. "

"Horrible delay in shipping I need to wash my hair now not in a month now because they have taken so long my budget is tight I have no choice to wait best bet just go into the retailer be easier and quicker probably cheaper .
I ordered from other companies on the same day from NSW to Perth and still got it with in a week Priceline take 5 days just to receive the order then 2-3 weeks for shipping wtf!! Not happy no voucher discount or anything just sorry it's because of the pandemic no it's not Priceline have always been slack with delivery and shipping"

"I've utilized Priceline a few times to book a motel room. They had the best advertised price but a MYSTERIOUS EXTRA charge showed up on my card, twice so far!
I signed up with Priceline as a member & they sent me 2 coupons so far to use on my next booking. BUT the day I received the coupon, it had expired the previous day, twice! Unable to use coupons, unable to contact customer service... It's your money, it's a gamble with Priceline!"

Anyone who is consider using them, beware .
I have no problem with Delta Airline, United Airline, Booking, or even Sprit Airline, and Expedia.
But Priceline call center from other countries will not consider anything.

"I used this company for the first time to rent a car while visiting my mother after flying from Maine to Florida There was never a clear understanding about changing my date of reservation or getting no reschedule or refund if I changed my dates to travel. There is National Emergency for the Corona Virus right now forcing us to change our trip dates and if we go now we could potentially infect my 81 year old Mother. They refused to change the date and said they are sorry. Sad sad and shame on them. I will never do business with this company again and be sure to make sure everyone hears this story.
