"Buyer beware!!!!!! google Priceline class action lawsuits, google Priceline reviews of their many victims. They operate on fraud. I have reported them to the State attorneys office of Florida and Connecticut, Federal Trade Commission, Department of Agriculture of Florida and Connecticut that regulates travel etc. and any state and Federal government office I can get a hold of including news channels. They need to be shut down for fraud. This time they have fallen under senior crime laws. I booked a Hotel room for 3 adults with double beds. They put me in a Hotel that doesn't have double beds and the max occupancy of the room they put me in is for two people. I paid for 3. Apparently they make a living of telling now that you have booked and paid you have to work with the hotel to accommodate you in another another room that fits 3 people. That is deception, fraud misrepresentation and you have victimized a senior citizen that is protected under very strict fraud and crime laws."

"Booked Extended Stay on Old Sauk in Middleton WI through Priceline Dec 30 2019. Room had old nasty pizza left in microwave, dirty comb hidden in the sheets, dirty washcloth hanging on shower curtain. Manager (Michael Doty) was a HUGE **** - wouldn't resolve issue. Priceline would not back me up or issue refund/credit yet I was booked into a room that was clearly not cleaned but made to look like it was. The customer care rep said it was not their problem. So I'm not going to be staying there anymore. Not worth it to save a dollar. And I will follow up with the Health Dept since there was food and hair left."

"I booked a room for my child and I. They overbooked me so when I arrived at the hotel there were no vacancies. The clerk at the front desk said that Priceline had been doing this for the past couple days. When I spoke with customer support they only would refund my money not help me find somewhere with a vacancy, even after I explained that I had just used my last to book that room. Long story short I am looking at my DAUGHTER sleeping in the passenger seat of my car. We are in a parking lot so I will be up Keeping watch.
Thanks Priceline your lack of responsibility and respect for your customers allowed you to take my money and force me to wait to have it transferred back. Now I am in my car over night with my child. My advice DON'T BOOK WITH THEM EVER!!!!

"Priceline for National Car rental in New Jersey.
I made a truly honest mistake and instead I was supposed to only do a 2 day rental and I returned it back when I was ready to fly back to Florida.
Priceline refuse to refund me one day back no matter what I told them. I tried to email them my flight itinerary but don't want to hear it. They are keeping my money . Can't believe you Priceline I made a mistake and your keeping $100.00 I really work hard for my money matter of fact I have to work 12 hours to make that money .
I will never ever use Priceline again and again it was only a mistake.

"I booked a hotel through Priceline and not one picture was even close to what we got. We got a non smoking room that reeked of cigarettes and was being aired out when we arrived. The front desk refused to do anything so I contacted Priceline and they wouldn’t do anything but reimburse half of what we paid for the disgustingly dirty, smelly room. Said we had to cancel the room 24hours before we even booked the room. Horrible customer service. "
"I booked a car rental yesterday on Kayak through Priceline.com and paid for it with my
daughter's credit card as I don't have one. The booking was for a Thrifty Car Rental vehicle.
When we went to pick up the car today they explained they can't
give us the car due to the credit card being in my
daughter's name and the licensed driver being me
without a credit card and her without a license.
Thrifty when contacted said to contact Priceline for a refund.

"I had the worst experience upon booking an air ticket through this website. First off, they did not provide any information about a transit visa that was required for one itinerary. Secondly, while I was stranded at the airport and trying to contact the customer service as the airline ground staff asked me to do to change my tickets, their system sucked, it kept asking me to enter my trip number and hanging up on me. I was finally able to speak to a live agent after 4 hours of trying to call the customer care, and the agent I spoke to was super unhelpful. They asked me to wait and that they'll give me a call back to see if they can do anything. Ultimately they didn't do anything, my ticket went to waste, they caused unnecessary delay and physical and emotional stress and I had to book a new ticket from scratch. Just the worst travel experience I've ever had. DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS SITE."
"1st time trying this company. BAD BAD BAD. I ended up doing the 3.5 star hotel random choice and I got a **** hotel that is so ugly for 5 dollars less than google has listed. It is straight false advertising. No options for cancellation or refunds. I am stuck with this place and my terrible decision to trust Priceline. Knowing you will be in a place to your liking is better than the 20 bucks you might save. VERY UNHAPPY."
"I booked by accident on Priceline while shopping around & called immediately to cancel. They refused to understand human error, I begged. Nothing . Zero support. I filed a claim with my bank and then lost it 3 months later. Now nearing the holidays they took $249 I can’t afford, I’m barely making it and no one understands or will help. Don’t book with them, because you’re just a pay day to them."
