"I was sold a Charvel So-Cal Mod Pro and it had a warped neck that needed replacement. Actually, the whole guitar needs replaced but they wouldn’t do anything to help me out because of some BS return policy. Now, I believe $300 on a new neck and it’s going to need to be fret leveled so that it is setup to my numbers. Never do business with these schiesters."

"I purchased a used bass guitar. The bass arrived on time and package was not damaged. The bass was set up well and exterior condition was excellent. Unfortunately, the bass was shipped with defective electrical components. There was horrible buzzing and it appeared someone did a poor job replacing the blend knob. The area under the knob was over routed causing it to be loose and to spin. Overall disappointing experience."

"I received my 2019 EVH Wolfgang MIJ and things started going downhill when I opened the case and thousands of little beads from a broken freshness package came out and were all (still are) in the storage area. If that were the only issue I'd have given it 4 stare BUT I'd be embarrassed to send a customer a $2 or $2800 item that's packed so tightly in the case the D-Tuna actually carved itself into the wood..it was so out of tune and has a FR, I still can't tune it. I'm not returning it and I'm not complaining about the customer service, or even the large vacuuming job I've got to do on the case and bridge. It would've been nice if you put that you are closed on weekends in a place where people can ESSILY SEE IT to avoid the other problems we had but are irrelevant to the arrival and recorded unboxing of a 2799.99 instrument that's being sent to a real professional, costing me $350 with the shipping charges and setup of a 3k product that no matter what excuses you keep leaving people, sooner or later you can't treat your customers like this and expect them to return or give a recommendation other than stay away from them. I have no hard feelings against anyone personally but whoever owns or invested in what I do hope is NOT a publicly traded company will try to look at their business from the customers perspective and stop with an excuse for everything. Take responsibility and fix it and maybe future customers will come back..I really have never said this and I can't stand when other people do but I bought 6 guitars last week and they are all mine. I don't resell. I'm a disabled federal law enforcement agent shot on duty 4 times and my wife of 33 years just passed away. I'm buying a little more because I'm not at my best right now and having to send the ONE item I was truly looking forward to out ro another place to have an expensive guitar like this even show up in this condition is adding to the stress "
"Ordered guitar on 12/5. Tracking says delivery on 12/12, signature required, so I take the day off so I can be here because I have to sign for the thing. Then I get an update with ZERO explanation that it's now getting delivered on 12/17. So, I'm not happy with the slow to begin with shipping, then it's delayed another five days, AND I missed a day of work because of this."
"I ordered a great EVH Wolfgang Special from PAS and Paid $80 for next day on a Wednesday, fully expecting to receive the guitar on Friday if shipped on Thursday. The guitar was shipped on Thursday but got caught in Indiana then Tennessee and finally made it to Portland, OR on Friday night, too late to get to me. That was understandable BUT they would not deliver the package on the weekend and when they finally tried to deliver on Monday PAS had a "Signature Required" setup in addition to requiring that the item only be delivered on a weekday and my partner missed the truck by 3 minutes. I had to pickup late on Monday night after 6pm from the FedEx office directly near the PDX airport. I paid $80 to get a guitar that essentially would be delivered at the same rate a ground 4 days late for free. This was extremely disappointing. The guitar box had a hole in it when I picked it up but after thorough inspection there was NO damage or issues with the guitar itself, again great guitar but not great shipping service I am hoping to get some compensation for shipping charges from PAS. "
"It takes less than 2 seconds to charge my card, yet cancelling the order takes multiple calls, waiting for extended period of time and then being told it will take another 7 days for my money to be refunded. Will not shop with these clowns again. "
