Super bad

"" I ordered items from Probikekit on 20 May and I still have received nothing. I contacted the agents multiple times and was told because I selected the standard delivery they could not track my order. The agents seemed uninterested in helping me or even following up on my order. How can a company that ensures delievery of goods not be interested as to whether or not the customer even received their items? They continously say they will follow up but they never do. They even go as far as telling you to wait a further 30 days before they follow up on your missing order. Thats crazy !!! Ironically they have a return policy however, they have no policy for items that do not get delivered at all. I would NOT recommend anyone to order from Probikekit unelss you want your money to disappear. It was also my mistake for not reading the online reviews on Probikekit before ordering. But now I have learnt ! ""

Have been back and forth with PBK now for weeks and they keep stalling. Being told they need to contact tire company???I contacted tire company who agreed they sent the wrong tires. Meanwhile I am holding 2 cheap tires and seem to be getting nowhere. PBK seemed like a good deal but i would pay a little more for service. I understand mistakes happen but this is a bad service issue...hopefully they correct this? But i will still have to wait for shipment from UK and figure out how to send back these lesser tires..."

Misleading and no help

"I had no idea i was buying overseas until my bank notified me they froze my card. Would not cancel my order. I talked to them till I was blue in the face... thanks Ed!!!! for nothing. this is my fault for not checking the company prior to purchase. Hard life lesson."

Slowest Delivery.

"I ordered a Kryptonite Lock from this company fifteen days ago. As of yet, I have no lock. I ordered it from them because the company is supposed to be in Canada. If in fact, they are in Canada, then they must be shipping it on foot. There is no reason why a small package would take more than two weeks to arrive. I bought an expensive electric bike online and already received it. I had to buy another lock because this company seems to think I don't need one."

Lousy customer service

"First of all they make it appear as though you are ordering from the US when in fact your order is being sent from the UK. They sent an item that wouldn't fit our bikes, even though they advertised it would fit all frames. When I requested a return shipping label. I was told we would have to pay to ship it back. The cost would have been over $77 US Dollars. Crazy! That's almost what we paid for the item. They are a huge rip off & falsely advertise their products. Buyer "BEWARE" We will never make another purchase from Probikekit"

"After when i ordered my shoes I read millions of negative comment in web about the Probikekit retail shop. Belive me, I was very-very nerves. BUT I have got my shoes in 3 days and the communication was very okay....so,after all I have no negative feelings at all. I'm absolute recomending this shop!!!!"

DANGER, dishonest scam artists!

"DANGER! These guys are dishonest and scammers! I sent my faulty Garmin back to be fixed ... they lost it for a month, they couldn't even tell me what was going on for another 2 months and never got back to me. When I finally managed to escalate the complaint and get a refund, despite me telling them not to refund on the purchased card as it was cancelled, they claimed they had ... I showed that by their own time/date stamp, I notified them prior to the refund being issued they denied it and refused to process a refund to a valid account, then when I provide a bank letter stating there was no way the money came through and it would have bounced back to them and they would need to take it up with their bank they again refused to give me my rightful refund of over $300!! Never use probikekit!"

"Ordered some Campagnolo Zonda wheels through Probikekit on the 23/11/18. As 06/12/18 today they are still sitting in Warrington UK. Be aware they ship from the UK and have 0 customer service. Finally got in touch with someone who then told me my product would be sent in the next 3-7 days. Asked for a refund and cancel the order and they said they wont do that. Then was told if you really want to get a refund what you can do is wait for your delivery to get there, then send it back to us and when we receive it back we'll refund you! Can you believe that! Customer Service Rep argued with me to no end and accepted no responsibility on the chat, and they closed down the message thread for my accounts inbox! "

Same experience everyone else is having

"Ordered a pair of Shimano shoes. Was given a really long lead time and a very large delivery window. The end of the delivery time window has come, and the shoes are no where to be found. Spoke to their customer service over chat and they insist they were shipped but can provide no proof. Asked me to wait for the full 30 day window. This is just a repeat of what everyone else is saying. Disputing the charge and moving on..."

Quick shipment no issues.

"Quick shipment no issues. I am located in the US and my wheels arrived in 9 business days after my order was placed. I didn't need to make any changes and I didn't need to communicate with anyone at Probikekit, so I can't speak to customer service. I selected the free shipping without tracking. I did end up receiving a tracking number and was able to track via USPS. I recommend spending the extra money and getting a tracking number, it will alleviate any potential issues that I've read about from other reviewers."

AVOID THIS BUSINESS

"DO NOT ORDER - lower prices may be attracting but they come with a HIGH RISK!
I live in USA and I ordered a pair of Shimano C40 Carbon wheels but the package was never delivered. Long story short I'm still trying to get some kind of resolution from this joke of a company. They are delaying the process to file a claim hoping USPS will magically find the package after more than 1 week past due delivery date. To make matters worse the company stopped responding to my communication probably hopping that I let this go and they go back to their shady business practices.
I learned my lesson so DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Worst of the WORST, scam operation, stay away.

"I'm not the guy who cries about lousy service, but in this instance I'm doing mankind a huge favor, and I'm counting on good Karma in return:).

Less then 5 Min after I placed the order, and on a non working day (Sunday their time), I cancelled the order, got receipt and acknowledgement of that order cancellation in Email.

Next day I email them, and now the go play their scam spiel.

Sir, the order is already in the system, we cannot pull your order anymore, it is being processed.

This is the typical SCAM line most **** retailer would use to save a sale.

Folks I placed the order July 1 2018, it was still showing not processed on July 2, it arrived at my mailbox July 11.

Have proof that they send a cancellation email to me, confronted them with this all prior to July 2, 2018.

However as scam operator would do, they denied and denied, and shipped anyway.

Their hope is that you will accept the package, will not conform to their return policy and incur return shipment cost, on your dime.

Your credit card company cannot help you there in the dispute, because without you having proof of mailing, they will say, we don't have it, as a TRUE Scammer would do.

So my option were pay for return shipping and having to correspond with the scammers for RMA.
Open the package, inspect the contents, and in my case donate it to a deserving individual.

And making it my mission in life to spread the word of this SCAM operation called PROBIKEKIT.

Folks in reviewing all other posters with similar encounters, it is not a fluke.

I would have been smarter if I would have taken the advise from other posters(victims)

Consider US based retailers, might be a buck more, but way less headaches.

I spread the word for you SCAMMERS free of charge, anywhere and anytime I get an audience, compliments of your Victim :).
