Tracking link provide does not give and information and support does not know were the package is either but say it will be here at the latest 40 days after I ordered it. Would not recommend for US online buyers. "

"Ordered a pair of Fulcrum Racing Wheels from ProBikeKit as they were materially less than other resellers - a coupon code I found and the free shipping (from Europe to the US!) made it an even better deal. After ordering, I received my shipment tracking code and everything was fine until a few hops into the tracking the package stopped moving. I became concerned and after more additional research on PBK I found the derogatory reviews on this site. I reached out to PBK's customer support who were very helpful on multiple occasions and assured me the package is still in route. Turns out the delay was due to U.S. Customs. Once the package cleared customs it arrived at my house in short order. I did have to pay duty on the wheels, but the total cost was still much less than I could have purchased the wheels elsewhere."

AFTER TWO DAYS I NOTICED THAT NO REFUND WAS ISSUED ON THEIR SIDE, SO I CALLED ASKING ABOUT MY MONEY (MEANWHILE I HAD BOUGHT THE SAME ITEM FROM ANOTHER COMPANY). AFTER FIGHTING OVER AND OVER PERSISTENTLY ON THE PHONE I MANAGED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER WHO APOLOGISED AND SAID THAT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS THEY WOULD REFUND ME BUT THAT THEY WERE WAITING FOR THE ITEM TO GO BACK TO THEIR STORE.
THIS IS INSANE, I NEVER SEEN THE ITEM, THEY DECIDED NOT TO DELIVER, THEY STOPPED IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DELIVERY AND I GOT THE BLAME FOR NOT RECEIVING IT.
THINGS GET EVEN MORE BIZARRE. THE DAY AFTER TALKING TO THE MANAGER THE ITEM MAGICALLY APPEARED ON MY DOOR STEP. OF COURSE I DIDN'T EVEN LET THE BOX LAY ON MY FLOOR AND I SENT IT BACK RIGHT AWAY AS I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY TRIED TO SELL ME THE ITEM DESPITE ME TELLING THEM THAT "ALL I WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK".
MONDAY, JULY 3RD, STILL NO NEWS ON MY MONEY. I PLACED THE ORDER ON THE 22ND AND MORE THAN TEN DAYS AFTER NO NEWS ON THE REFUND. I SPOKE TO MY BANK AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL TAKE ACTION AFTER 15 DAYS I HAVE ARISEN THIS ISSUE WITH THEM.
ALL I CAN RECOMMEND IS NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE VERY QUICK AT TAKING YOUR MONEY AND YOU MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR AT ALL, WITH THE RISK OF HAVING YOUR MONEY TAKEN AND NEVER RETURNED. IF YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN COMPANIES WHEN BUYING A PRODUCT, MAKE IT SURE TO REMEMBER NOT TO PICK THEM."
"I agree with others here. PBK is no longer worth it. I was just charged 25% duty on a shipment of tires that I waited 4 weeks for. I would much rather support and give my money to a local retailer than send my cash to these anonymous shippers. Won't use them again and will warn everyone I know off of them."
"This is an extremely dishonest operation that needs to be shut down. They state nowhere on their site, which is called Pro Bike Kit CANADA that they are based in the UK. As a Canadian, I was therefore hit with over $50 in duties and handling fees on a $100 item. Also, I ordered an item that the website said was black, and it turned out to be light grey. When I contacted them, they were extremely dismissive. They did not even acknowledge the colour issue and said that their website fine print waived away their responsibility for duties and fees. Even so, they pretend to be in Canada, so for Canadian customers, that does not even seem relevant. They take no responsibility and blame everything on customers. If I returned the item, I would be $30 out of pocket for return shipping and who knows if they would even issue a refund. I will have to resort to eBay to cut my losses. I am happy to add to their deservedly abysmal rating. Please help spread the word and put these scammers out of business! "
"I've been purchasing goods from internet sellers for many years. My experience with ProBikeKit was by far the worst I have had with any online retailer. I don't doubt that some customers promptly receive goods as ordered but this wasn't the case for me. When I notified the organisation that my goods had not arrived, I was sent a claim form which has to be downloaded, printed off, completed in handwriting, scanned and then sent back. This kind of claims mechanism is not appropriate for a 21st century online retailer. To ProBikeKit's credit, it did send me a refund but the process was extremely convoluted. Regardless of cost, I will never order from this site again. "
"I ordered a Polar H10 Heart Rate Monitor four weeks ago - on the 6th of April. ProBikeKit website states for Australian deliveries to "please allow 3 to 8 working days for delivery". I contacted them on the 21st of April for information on my consignment - all i got was a standard reply asking me to wait for some more time. Disgusting lack of customer service. Very misleading website - masquerades as an Australian business with ".com.au" in their web address. They are based in the UK. Stay away from these guys. Have reported to them to PayPal - waiting for a refund now."

"To start, I waited weeks before writing this review so that ProBikeKits had time to not only respond, but to try and make it right. Well, neither thing happened.
I placed an order on Black Friday Weekend (end of November) for some Christmas gifts. The estimated delivery was “ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 16TH.” I placed the order thinking there's plenty of time, even if it's shipping from the UK and it's a few days late, that's still in time for Christmas.
On December 18th, it hadn't shown up yet, and there was no tracking number, so I thought I would call customer service. Come to find out: THERE'S NO U.S. CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE. YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL CALL TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON. So, I sent an email that morning, but also decided to make a call to get some answers/updates with my shipment.
I was on hold for 5-10 minutes (again International Call time), and the representative said:
“I see your shipment, it left 2 different warehouses on December 4th and 5th. We won't investigate or research this order until January 4th, which is one month from the shipping date. I also see the approximate arrival time, and I apologize, but the good news is that it is on it's way and will most likely show up in the next 48 hours.”
I about LOST MY MIND, but there wasn't anything I could do but wait; so I did.
On December 23rd, I sent ANOTHER email expressing my dissatisfaction and worry about getting these gifts in time. Still no response and I wasn't about to make another international call.
The shipments finally arrived on December 27th and 29th.
THEY SENT THE WRONG SIZES AND THE WRONG COLORS. I ordered Mediums and they sent Extra Smalls.. seriously?
I sent one last email and waited until now, January 5th, for a response or instruction with what my options are for return/exchange/refund. STILL NO EMAIL RESPONSE, except for the automated ones saying, “Thank you for contacting us, we'll respond within 24 hours.” Bull%$#&. Also, miraculously, I received at least 6 advertising emails from them throughout this whole period.. hmmm.
This was BY FAR my worst experience with an online order. I NEVER have these issues with any domestic company. I am a very understanding person and will work with you if you make an effort to work with me too. But there was NO negotiation, NO SERVICE, NO OPTIONS, AND THEY DON'T GIVE A &$%#. At this point, there's really nothing they can do to make this right. So, I will be posting this on every review site that I can find.

"I ordered 2 items: booties and a BB tool. The shipping box was not properly sealed and the BB tool was lost in shipping. I emailed and used their web contact tool to request a resolution. They took about 10 days to respond. I filled out their missing item form. Within 2 days the missing item replacement was processed and shipped to me. One week later I received the missing item. I will buy from them again. It is worth giving them another try."
