"There was a delayed dispatch on a wheel-set I bought which was fair enough. After contacting them they told me it would be on special order just for me, however they ended up 'accidentally' cancelling it instead. With not follow up clarification, I assumed it was on the way. After emailing them once more I found out it in-fact was not. They said I would have to re-purchase them at the new higher price.... and never responded to my follow up message. Why would I have to buy them again at the new price after THEY cancelled my order without telling me?
Would not recommend. Poor communication and un-professional customer service on their behalf."

I ordered some Oakley's on September 6th and received an order dispatched email (meaning the got to charge my credit card) on September 6th with DHL tracking stating my order would be delivered September 9th - 11th. On the 11th I called DHL and they never received the package from Pro Bike Kit. I've tried twice to cancel the order on their chat (notice that there is no customer service phone number) and they would not cancel the order and refund the money. "

"This company and the parent company (The Hut Group) have horrible customer service. I placed 2 orders (each almost $300 Canadian) within a week of each other. I was impressed by their prices and free shipping.
Initially my impressions were good as they shipped my two orders fairly quickly. However..... I had ordered a pair of bib tights with my second order and 8 days later those exact same bib tights came on for another 20% off during a "2-hour only sale". I immediately went and sure enough they were the exact same ones I had just ordered and they had my size in stock. I immediately sent a message (their live chat was down). Long and short of it, I requested a price match for my order of those tights, they denied it (the following day) first saying that they only price match within 7 days and my order was now 9 days old. Then I sent another message and another employee told me that their pricing is "live" and they have no ability to modify anything. (Whatever, lame excuse - someone sets the prices in the first place...) So I asked them if they would rather the financial expense against themselves for me to re-order at the sale price and just refuse delivery of the first order so they have to pay the return shipping as well. They replied there was nothing they could do and refused to answer anymore messages regarding this, so I e-mailed the parent company (The Hut Group) and they still to this day (over a month later) have not even acknowledged or replied to me.
So then almost 6 weeks later I send another message asking where my order is as I live in the largest city in Canada and unless my package is floating with the ocean current I should have received it before now. They then reply that my address was input incorrectly so the package is likely lost and because it was my error for inputting the wrong address there is nothing further they can do. I replied that my address was and is correct as my MasterCard payment went through and I know that if the address is not a match it will not process. No reply from ProBikeKit (again). The following day my second order arrived at my door so I took a photo of it before opening the package and sent it to them with a message asking how my second order arrived if my address is incorrect (which it was not, I made sure to get the address label in the photo). They replied that because I accepted the free shipping there is no way for them to track the first package so all they could do is inquire with the shipper (wow, so they have pre-prepared escapes from liability no matter what...) So I was beyond done with PBK by this point so I told them to either refund my entire first order or I would contact my credit card company and begin the fraudulent transaction process. It was about 3 days later that I got a message saying that they decided to refund my first order (that was lost). As soon as my order refund was received I immediately deleted their website link from my favorites and unsubscribed to their useless promotional e-mails. I have never had such a list of negative experiences and interactions with one company in such a short time, especially when I spent over $500 with them! I've since found another company that sells mostly the same stuff for similar prices, and they are awesome, free worldwide shipping that is tracked and I got my items in 4 days from the other side of the world!
ProBikeKit is an absolute sick joke and I should have read the hundreds of internet reviews before purchasing from them. I've now learned not to make that mistake again. BTW it took just a touch over 7 weeks for my only order that arrived to arrive from PBK. That is pathetic, I have ordered $5 items from China by regular mail that arrive in 3 to 4 weeks max. READ OTHER REVIEWERS EXPERIENCES AS WELL.... you will see a common theme!"
"My experience with this company has been infuriating. I ordered a bike box through ProBikeKit for an upcoming trip, and although the expected delivery date has long passed, I have received nothing from them about delivery status. The status on the order shows an expected dispatch date which is 7 days in the past.
I’ve emailed them multiple times, and have only received vague responses with no indication of status. Because there is no listed contact number, I have no way to contact them to get more info on my situation.
Frustratingly, I keep getting spammed with promotional emails from their marketing account even as I wait for a formal response on my order. Instead of spamming me with multiple emails a day, could you deliver on the order I’ve already placed?
Hoping the team is able to fix the situation. I was originally excited about the prices and convenience, but am worried I made a big mistake trusting this store."

This is a business from the UK. It offers Free shipping but you are going to charge a lot of duties. They do have .ca domain and all prices are in CAD with a lot of discount but don't fall into the trap.
I contacted their customer service and explained them my dissatisfaction with my customer experience. THROUGHOUT the SHOPPING PROCESS, there are absolutely no mentions on them being a UK based company and that all products come from the UK.
If I knew, I would have never ordered. Especially due to covid, my package will take months to come."
"Placed an order online, waited a week and just as it was about to be sent out they cancelled it. I emailed them asking them why and they basically said sorry not sorry kind of thing. I asked them to reinstate my order and they said no, if I wanted the item I'd have to reorder it. Went to their website to place the order and the item had increased 80% from the price I bought it at. I brought this to their attention and never heard back from them. Order from someone else. These guys are shady."

"I ordered a cycling jersey as a Christmas gift for my brother on Dec 4th 2019. It is now Dec 30th and the Jersey has still not arrived. The only way to contact with this despicable company is through chat or email. I finally "Chatted" with Matt and Henry, they were no help and very rude. they told me "I should have paid extra to make sure I received the product I paid for" and offered no refund. Please note, I didn't say "to make sure I received the product before Christmas". Per Matt, the free shipping doesn't offer any tracking of the product you paid for and therefore, per ProBikeKit, if you don't receive it...tough luck. With so many online retailers, you would be wise to NEVER buy from this one!!! BTW...I have still not received the Jersey I paid $75 for."

I ordered product from this company…
I ordered product from this company during a black friday sale. I live in Calgary Ab and in Phoenix Az. I used my credit card associated with my Calgary bank but requested delivery to my Phoenix home. They canceled my order for some reason and when I tried to reach them they said my order was associated to another account. I logged into the system with the same email address but after my order I couldnt get I to my account. So I tried to reset my password but it said it didnt have my email in their data base. It was the same email address they sent me my confirmation of the order. Then when you want to get support you have to stay up late because they support the US from Europe. They even sent me an email saying if I contact their live support I can get through the security
But when I contacted the live chat the same night I got the email. They said they cant help. The service from this company is the sh**s. Beware."
