"I ordered a 42” glass Proline hood From Wayfair and it arrived shattered and in a million pieces. Wayfair was awesome but, the packaging from Proline was poor. We will try this again. "

"I purchased the Proline Range Hood for my father (a retired Executive Chef) for his new kitchen to make him feel at "home" with a "professional" range hood, to go along with his Viking range.
It's well constructed stainless steel hood, with a 5-speed blower, LED lighting and easy to clean removable grates which capture the grease.
We did experience a noise issue at the higher speeds, and notified ProLine about it, and received an immediate response with picture to show where to tighten the blower knob.
We are very satisfied with the range hood, customer service and the excellent value! "Well Done"!"

"I selected the ProLine 60" ProS Wall Hood unit for my 60 inch Wolf Range. I also got an chimney extension to the hood so that the chimney would meet my vaulted ceiling. However, the hood is actually exhausted through the wall that it is mounted on. From inside the kitchen it would appear to go through the ceiling. The light from the LEDs is very good. It is quiet, but you can definitely hear it. The filters are very easy to remove and replace and they can be washed in the dishwasher. The control panel is on the front of the hood and is touch sensitive and works very well.

We are very pleased with this hood and would recommend it to everyone.

"The hood works really well for the wok range we put into our kitchen. Having the 4 fans really help with the smoke. The noise level is good with 4 fans. Very easy to clean the baffles. Just put them in dishwasher every month or 2.
One of the baffles is not releasing from the locked position when trying to remove for cleaning. Might need to replace soon."

"Proline hood was easy to install and conformed to dimensions as illustrated. Operation of fans and lights were intuitive. Lights provide ample illumination of range. The exhaust fans seemed to not provide the flow as described in specs. Flow through exhaust seemed less than expected and would not hold up a piece of paper to the filters even when on high speed. It does exhaust but it does not pull in the air around the range as I would expect. The exhaust was directed to outside vent with vent ducting per the installation recommendation. After two years of operation, both LED lights failed. Obtaining replacement lights online proved difficult as they weren't listed as a part option. I contacted customer service and they were able find me replacement lights. I am very satisfied with customer service since they responded promptly to my request. The stainless steel finish is very good and durable. Filters are easy to remove and clean. Sound level of fans when in quiet mode is good. If air flow was higher I would rate this hood as Very good. Oh, and replacing the lights is easy and does not require any tools."

"We installed our Range Hood in January 2016. We had re-modeled the kitchen and the hood was one of the last items to install. Before that we had a cheap hood provided by the builder. We chose a non-vented model and use the charcoal filters to clean the air. It works beautifully and keeps cooking odors filtered out of the room. With dual 1100 cfm fans and adjustable speed control it is about the perfect Range Hood for our kitchen. We also love the LED lights. For the first time we can see what we are cooking. The unit is well made and we receive many compliments on the obvious quality and workmanship.

"I spent over 20 hours reviewing range hood brands and styles when we redid the kitchen in our home. Style and quality were our main drivers since we did not want a maintenance nightmare but wanted style to go with a completely revamped makeover. The people at ProLine listened to our needs and made suggestions on what options best fit our needs and their price was very competitive. When the hood came, it was just as they said it would be and even the contractor was impressed. All pieces fit properly and installation was a breeze. That was two years ago. My wife is Chinese and so we cook a lot of high heat dishes and the ProLine keeps up with her, even when she is cooking on four burners at once. No heat and no fumes in hte house. Perfect. With all the volume of cooking discharge, we get accumulations on the filters. Thank goodness for the easy removal and permanent nature of the filters. Cleanup is as easy as a 1 minute removal, put them in the dishwasher, and a one minute replacement. The simple answer is that we got a better product than we expected and will certainly buy from ProLine for our next project."

"Our poolside grill and kitchen was always a nice area for us to spend time outside but the under roof overhang location was impractical from an air circulation standpoint. Smoke always billowed in the area despite having one side open to the outdoors but the space directly behind the grill had a wall. During a remodel we installed a ProLine hood and it’s made a huge improvement to our outdoor grilling experience. The LED lighting is fantastic and the hood vents adequately enough to greatly diminish the smoke collecting under the covered area. It could be a little more powerful but overall it’s done well. Installing the vent was a challenge as well since the roof above the grill tapered to a very narrow space not allowing a lot of room for attaching a roof vent. Ultimately we succeeded and we are overall pleased with the result. "
