"In 2015 we started what turned into a 2-year gut rehab of our 1932 Tudor house. We're die-hard comparison shoppers, so we sweated every purchase of every item we put into the house. Seriously, you can't believe the amount of time we spent searching for just the right fixtures and appliances, and then, once we found what we wanted, searching more for the best prices on those things. The same held true for our range hood. We made (what I came to learn was) the unusual decision to install two 30" ranges, side by side, rather than going with a single 30" or 60" range. This made the search for the perfect range hood a little trickier. We logged countless miles driving from showroom to showroom looking at range hoods. Most that looked good and were the right size for our situation were prohibitively expensive. Very discouraging! Then a late-night Google search brought me to ProLine. Within minutes of looking at the site I found the perfect hood for us, at a fabulous price. The price was so good, in fact, I was suspicious! But I couldn't find anyone who had anything bad to say about this site, so I decided to go for it. The hood shipped quickly and was very well packed. We knew that it was going to have to sit in a garage through the winter before it was installed, and the folks at ProLine couldn't have been nicer about answering my questions about storage. Then, months later, when it finally came time for installation, our contractor misplaced a piece of the hood and, again, ProLine couldn't have been more helpful in telling us what we needed to do for a replacement (though, thankfully, we found the piece and didn't need to replace it). We were finally back in our house in early 2017, and the range hood has performed beautifully. I wish I could post a photo here, because our hood looks fantastic, too! "We purchased a 48" ProLine wall-mounted Range Hood 3 years ago. I've been very satisfied with the device. There is ample material online to assist with installation; enough that I, a non-professional, was able to do it (although it wasn't what I'd call easy, per se).

The thing is a beast, which is what I need for my six-burner restaurant stove with two ovens and a flat-top griddle. If I had one complaint, it would probably only be that the hood is a tad on the noisy side, but I would think that's to be expected from such a large ventilation system.

Otherwise, the hood has performed beautifully since installation, with one minor hiccup - a known issue that was corrected in future production runs. The company provided good support to resolve the issue for me.

So, five stars. "

"I have been extremely happy with the performance of the PROS PLJW. I installed it myself and have been using it three years now. It meets all of my needs which included enough CFM for a 10' vertical run, 34" height above the 36" 51,000 BTU cooktop and exhausting searing a steak in a cast iron pan. Sweet! The customer service was also spot on. Upon installation, one of the filters had a defective spring for the latch and after a call, ProLine shipped a free replacement right away. I would recommend this product for a new or remodeled kitchen. Mine was a remodel and the only issue I had was a ceiling joist bay that was not exactly where I need it that made installing the ductwork to the blower interesting. "

"We ordered our 48" Proline Rangehood in Mar of this year. The product came in well package with soft cloth covering the rangehood. We installed it first week of July prior to installing the cabinets with ease by following the instruction. My wife truly love it which match with 48" range. The rangehood is quite at any level even on high with excelent suction power.
No smell while grilling steak or fish outside the cooking area. Totally beautiful product and well made. I highly recommend this product to any one.
