"Our range hood arrived promptly, was in excellent condition, and was exactly as you advertised. When we finally got to the part of the renovation where it could be installed, the workers were able to put it in without a hitch. It is absolutely beautiful, and we consider it a focal point of the kitchen. Oh, and it works great, too! Those little halogens in front really don't give off much light but we put in a couple of larger lights in the back and that solved the lighting issue. Having multiple fan speeds is a real plus: if we're cooking something that promises to stink up the house for weeks (onions, fish, cabbage, etc}, that hi speed cleans the air in no time at all. And for minor odors, the low level works just fine. I'm so spoiled now that I open the windows and doors and turn on the fans when I just want to get some fresh air inside! Needless to say, I very, very pleased with this product. "

The rep at ProLine quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem and the part I need will be on the way on Monday. "We started remodeling our home beginning of 2012. We ordered the Pro-line Professional Wall Hood (Commercial Quality PLJW 129.30) at a cost of $611.95, had it shipped, but because of delays, it got only installed and power-connected in March of 2013. The switch panel buttons were stuck and the hood was in danger of overheating. We pulled the buttons out manually and contacted Pro-Line. In April 2013, Customer Service responded and told us they would send a new switch panel which we would have our electrician install. In August I inquired again and was told that the switch panel had not arrived from China (!) yet. I inquired a few more times but never heard back from Pro-Line. We are now stuck with a "beautiful hood" which is not usable. We will have to tear it out again and replace it with a product that is hopefully working. We wasted over $600 and now have to spend more money for a new hood plus installation, in addition to more "construction" in our new kitchen. We were sent a flawed product but Pro-Line is not willing to make restitutions. Needless to say, we are upset and will never purchase from Pro-Line again."
"I purchased a 36" Stainless Wall Hood in March of 2013 and it looks very professional and works great. The delivery was timely even though they informed me it was on backorder when I originally ordered. It arrived in time and was very well packaged. It was very easy to order and easy to install. The fan is extremely effective and somewhat loud only on the highest setting which is seldom used. The lower fan speeds are reasonable in term of noise output. I did quite a bit of research on fans and this fan was by far the best value for a very good product. The support by their staff was also very good. I would highly recommend this product."

"We purchased a ProLine Range Hood in June/2011 it took some months for the style I wanted to arrive(due to back order), when it finally arrived we had a lot of problems with noise of the fan. I called ProLine and they listened to the fan over the phone, promptly told me something was wrong, they would send another one and ship that one back. Well the second one arrived and the same thing. Again, shipped back and this time the ProLine people conferenced with me and we choose another style. That was shipped and the fan worked prefectly. Now all of this shipping of fans cost the ProLine Co. a lot of money, but they never mentioned that, they just wanted me to be satisfied, then they went way beyond great customer service, they refunded me quite a bit of money for installation charges! Of course I am a very happy customer and would recommend this company for their fans, I love my fan, it is excellent! Now about 2 years later, a light switch broke, I called for a replacement, they would send the switch out the next day, ok "how much do I owe for the switch"? ProLine's answer was nothing! WOW, now that is what I call EXCELLENT customer service!
I would highly recommend this brand of fans for the quality, but most important to me is they are truly concerned that the customer is happy! "

“Unfortunately, Mr.Eaker, the hood you ordered was an out of stock item and clearly marked as such on our website at the time you placed your order. As with any product being imported, unforeseen delays can and do occur, as was the case with this container being delayed in port. As soon as this hood was back in stock, we updated you with a FedEx tracking number. You also requested a custom cut on your chimney which takes an additional 2-3 days to complete in our warehouse, and we updated you regarding that. We have been in constant communication with you concerning your order. We can certainly cancel your order with us and issue a full refund back to your credit card if this timeline isn't working for you. But again, this hood was out of stock when you ordered it, and we had to wait for the arrival of the merchandise before we were able to ship it out.”
