"This is the second computer I've ordered from Puget Systems. The first one was ordered over a year ago and is still running perfectly. This time however, it was an early Christmas present for my wife. For the past year, I've been able to enjoy not only silent computing but silent gaming as well! I wanted her to experience that kind of bliss.

Ever since the first PC I ordered from them, I knew I was going to them for all future PC needs. You see, it starts with their advisors who carefully listens, reviews and tailors your PC depending on your needs. Next, is the production team. I can't give them enough praise, the production team follows a process (that most likely have been tuned over the years) to ensure that the system is built to your exacting specifications. As each step in the process is completed, this information is updated in their system and you can actually track the progress through their website! By the time I received the computer, I had no doubt that it would work right out of the box.

This particular PC I ordered was a Serenity Professional with a i7-3770K processor, 8GB RAM, Asus GTX 670 DCII video card, and an Intel 520 128GB SSD. Incredibly, Puget Systems tamed this high end system and kept it silent. My wife is now able to play Guild Wars 2 @ 1920x1200 with all the fancy graphic features turned on high and still see silky smooth framerates. Best of all, its silent!

"I was looking to replace my existing custom computer that was going on 4 years old. It was a nice powerful, water cooled, overclock unit that was still perform adequately but was very, very loud.
I had read about Puget form other sources and decided to see if they had a unit that was both a gamer and could handle Photoshop and was quiet.
Customer service and attention to my needs was “outstanding”. I got lots of individual attention and help form William. After some suggestions from William, that were very prompt, I order the Serenity Pro with some minor tweaks.
First of all I am old enough to remember when customer service was like what you get at Puget. What a great and pleasant experience. I received prompt, courteous and knowledgeable responses to all my questions.
I wanted to use the computer for a few months before I wrote this review to see how well the computer performed.
I love it!!!! It is fast and so very solid and extremely quiet. Basically it is difficult to hear that it is even on.

"After the primary system I used for my consulting business died, I needed to replace it quickly. Unfortunately, this was not an easy task as the system required some very specific customizations.

I initially selected another vendor which turned out to be a BIG mistake. To my frustration, that vendor suffered from what I could charitably call an “IT meltdown” and production halted. Unable to meet my delivery schedule, I canceled my order. Soon thereafter, I found Puget Systems.

Technical support is outstanding, in fact, the best I have ever had. I quickly reached knowledgeable individuals that answered a couple questions and resolve one minor issue which turned out to be a faulty cable.

"This was my first attempt at having a computer custom built instead of buying an off the shelf model. After doing research and speaking with people I decided to go with Puget Custom Computers. My experience with them was nothing short of outstanding. I did a preliminary build from their web page several weeks before I was ready to buy. Though I did not ask for a review I received a courteous reply from Customer Service with recommendations to improve my system within my price range. When I was ready I was able to call and speak with the person who did the original review. This person was willing to spend as much time as needed to determine my needs and optimize my PC, again staying within my budget. At no time did he ever try to sell me more expensive components. Having said this all the part I ordered were top of the line for their price. Once this was done I fianlized my quote and placed my order the very next morning.

The process building my PC began within a couple of hours after placing my order. Puget Systems website allows you follow the process your build step by step. There is no wondering about its status. I was amazed and impressed by the meticulous attention to detail displayed with each step of the process. A large amount of time is spent testing components prior to and after installation. Then there is a final battery of tests after the build is complete to ensure everything is optimized to its fullest. Again they provided me the results of all the testing as soon as they had the results. My PC was completed in 3.5 business days and went out at the end of the fourth day.

When I received my PC the first thing that impressed me was the great care taken in packing my investment to ensure its arrival without damage. The next thing was the Information Booklet. In actuality this was a 3-ring binder that contained all the details from from the website as well as all the pertinent discs for each of my components as well as my invoice. Upon removing my PC from the box I opened the side panel and removed the Instapacking used to protect my components from damage during shipping. At this point I did a visual inspection of the inside of the PC. Again I was impressed by the attention to detail. Everything was properly secured in its proper place. After this came the true test. I connected the pc and turned it on. The results were everything I hoped for. The system was fully functional at start up. I am a MMO gamer and the increase in the quality output from my old of the shelf system was mind boggling. To say that I am satisfied with my experience with Puget Computer Systems would be a major understatement. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants something more then they can get from a prebuilt Brand name.

After 30 days with my new PC I thought I would update this review. There has been absolutely no drop off in performance. I didn't fully realize how powerful my new system was until I upgraded both my monitor and router to accommodate my better performance. Was totally blown away by the results. In addition I was told that there might be some noise from my HDD but I have yet to hear it. In actuality I have to be on top of my PC to even hear the fans operating. Heat control continues to be more then satisfactory. All this has solidified my 5 star satisfaction with Puget Custom Computer and I continue to strongly recommend them if you are looking to have a professionally built computer. "

"I went to Puget Systems based on some positive reviews I'd read online. Most reviewers raved about the customer service they received. I'm happy to report those reviews were not exaggerated. Within hours of selecting a custom system and submitting it for quote, I had a reply via email from a customer service rep. He and I proceeded to hash out the details of what I wanted my new PC to do, and what features I thought were more than I needed, over several emails ( which happened over the course of a weekend, I should mention).

I received the PC about two weeks after placing my order - which was well within the expected time to build a custom machine and ship it cross-country. It arrived in perfect condition and worked flawlessly out of the box. I've been using it for about two weeks now, and I can't think of a thing to complain about.

"Loved the selection process. Got to customize every aspect (for desktops, it can actually overwhelming). The sales rep reviewed my order and made recommendations on some better options. Overall, it was a very painless experience. I think it's also a very cool idea to have the entire build process happen in nearly real-time. I would have liked to see themrographic pictures like their web site says, but that's minor, as my computer isn't high-end enough to really worry about heat generation.
I also liked that they gave me all the benchmarks they collected during testing. Not that I ever would verify the prime number generator, but I sure could if I wanted!
The process took less time than advertised, partly because everything for my computer was in-stock.
I picked the second-cheapest shipping, and it arrived faster than they said. It was already charged out-of-the-box, good to go. I only had to tweak a couple of minor settings (turning off the trackpad when an external mouse is plugged in) and I was off.
